    Lexus of Valencia Review Now the transaction is completed I’m sharing my experience. This is the 2nd time I purchased a car from this dealer, 7 months before. First experience was fine. Not great but fine. First experience they tried to give me one key only. delayed my payment for trade in. Issue with Lexus connect, took it into service to figure it out. then service blamed sales?? I fixed it myself. 2nd time much much much worse. Pressure and Rushed Process: The dealership rushed the paperwork process with my wife without allowing a proper inspection or test drive due to alleged interest from another buyer. The other competing salesmen went up to my wife told her when I saw you I let you have the car. What??? Trade-In Valuation Issues: The sales manager, Philip Yadkar, undervalued their trade-in vehicle compared to another dealer, despite its excellent condition. Claims about the tires and wheels being in bad condition were contradictory to their actual state. Defects in Purchased Vehicle: The UX250h had several defects like paint issues, scratches, and missing parts. Promised my wife detailing to fix these issues was not fulfilled. Rust Discovery and Lack of Support: After noticing rust on the car's paint, the customer's concerns were dismissed by the salesperson, Jose, due to not having purchased a specific protection plan. When we went back to the dealer he yelled at us in the parking lot. Difficulty in Transaction Completion: There were issues in completing the trade, involving delays in receiving payment and having to push hard for it. They said they needed the new title to them. I had to fight to get our check. Already sold our trade in. Poor Customer Service: The dealership staff, particularly Jose and Philip, were dismissive and hostile, including an instance where they refused to inspect the car and threatened to expel my wife and I. Unresolved Issues and Miscommunication: Requests for basic replacements were met with unreasonable price increases, and a verbal agreement for tire replacement was not communicated properly, leading to further complications. We were lied to by the salesmen, sales manager, store manager and service. Lack of Accountability and Responsiveness: Management, including store manager Mark Haynes, did not respond to any emails or calls, showing a lack of accountability and poor customer service. He did called to promise new tires but that promise vanished General Dissatisfaction with Dealership Experience: Overall, the level of service and customer care was significantly below expected standards, leading to a loss of confidence in Lexus of Valencia. I will never go there again and will tell everyone my experience. Communication Breakdown: Salesman Jose Moscos completely ignored further communication attempts after the sale. I wrote several emails to the store manager, Mark Hayes. He promised all new tires, he has completely ignored me. I gave up. Philip the sales manager when I got upset when he would not look at the rust threatened my wife and I that he would kick us out. This was all reported to store manager with silence. Reported to dealer corporate. I have heard nothing. contacted Lexus, still waiting to hear back. They would not even let me use their restroom!

    This one star is strictly for Scott Melville of the service department.. I was on my way to my first day back to work when my tire popped on the fwy and I had to get it towed to the dealership. I spoke to a service consultant here that told me to have my vehicle towed to this location since It was the nearest and they could possibly get the tire replaced same day depending on timing. I arrive with the tow truck and Scott starts ranting saying “ HA ,why would anyone tell you to come in we have 4 workers with over idk how many vehicles there’s no availability anytime soon till weeks later if that. he said he never spoke to me on the phone. So I find out, I actually had spoke to Bryan from this department and that man was an ANGEL , he said he knew I was coming and he would have it done in 2 hours!! Even after Scott chased after him still running his mouth about taking me in while I’m still standing there. Avoid Scott at all costs. Thank you so much Bryan you’re amazing!!!!

    We recently purchased a L/Certified Used Car from Lexus of Valencia and the purchase was painless and wonderful. Our salesperson "Anna" was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as we sat down at her desk to talk to her, she offered us water and cookies. We purchased a lease return Lexus NX 300 F Sport. Love the car! Anna was able to answer all my questions about the car without a problem (and I ask lots of questions). The finance person (I forgot his name) was also very good. He was friendly and efficient. He was able to get a better interest rate than I expected, so lower payments! That's always a good thing. Buying a car is always an expensive thing now-a-days, but dealing with Lexus of Valencia was wonderful! Definitely recommend them!!

    Stopped by dealership on the way home from a family holiday. Mo was the first to greet us and was very accommodating. We told him we wanted to look at what they had on the lot that fit our requirements. He immediately looked at their inventory and advised what they had for us to view in the color we were interested. After going back back and forth with what options I was interested in and the price with general manager who came to assist Mo , we were interested in purchasing. The general manager blamed Mo for certain processes which I felt were unwarranted. Mo was very helpful and accommodating. Once we had agreed on a price and wanted to go through with the purchase with this vehicle, I checked on the extended warranty time along with other options that were listed next to the sticker, which I thought the general mgr said was included in the agreed purchase price At this point I was informed that the options were not included in the price agreed upon. I was very irritated and advised Mo, we were not going to purchase vehicle and walked out the door. Mo came out to us and spoke to us in a manner that I was willing to listen. At this point I was uncertain as to whether I was duped into thinking the options were included or if I was mistaken. Mo was sincere and I decided to ho ahead with the purchase. I did request something extra due to the misunderstanding which the general mgr agreed to give me something extra. All in all I would recommend anyone looking for a car to request Mo. Since the purchase, Mo has returned all my texts and phone calls. For questions he couldn’t answer he would get back to me with the answers in a reasonable time frame Stewart

    We just came to check out available cars. The salesman said they had a good deal on RZ450e 2023. We told them we would come back another day, they said it would only take 30 minutes… sure… After 2 hours they locked us in the parking lot we couldn’t get out. We were hungry and tired, it was getting super late. I just wanted to get out of there. I admit I wasn’t paying much attention because I didn’t want to buy anything at that time. They sold us 2023 RZ450e for $90K 72 months terms..what a ripoff… it’s not worth the price. Finance lady was shady kept redirecting our attention to service packages rather than explaining the finance terms. Overall very disappointing, they are dishonest, cannot trust those people.
