One of the biggest conveniences was that they offer loaner cars. Being able to continue with my day without any disruption made the whole experience stress-free. The loaner vehicle was clean and ready to go, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, the customer service was excellent. Ali and Jake assisted me and made the process smooth and efficient.

My service advisor is Hector. He is the best and the only one I trust since more than two years! This time I had a steering issue with my 91 Lexus LS 400. Hector is the person who took excellent care of it and always kept me updated. He provides outstanding customer care and has a vast knowledge of my particular Lexus model!

Lexus of Valencia fixed my vehicle in a quick manor and had me back on the road worry free.
I worked with Jessie who always very professional, in constant communication with me and came up with solutions to get my vehicle repaired and on the road as soon as possible. All the while keeping the costs very reasonable.

I am very happy with the Dealership but would not recommend having Jake as your service advisor. I had the worst experience with Jake (Service Advisor) and when I had decided to move to another dealership I tried giving them one last chance and fortunately had Cole as my service advisor and realized that people like Cole takes care of the customer and is knowledgeable & professional to be a service advisor who we should be able to trust with their recommendations. I received exceptional customer service & recommendations on work to be done to maintain my vehicle from Cole and I know I can trust him.
