I'm not sure why so many bad reviews of this store. One of them said because of the color of their skin they were looked at differently. As soon as my daughter and I walked in we were immediately helped, we are Hispanic. Didn't feel we got any different treatment because of our skin color or ethnicity. We were helped, shown their items and said if we needed anymore help to let them know. We asked for assistance for clip on earnings which they had and showed my daughter straight to their selection. The employees who were there made multiple conversations with my daughter and were kind and friendly. We will definitely be returning as the jewelry selection is good for all ages. Store was also clean and easy to walk around in.

Mia the store employee has Absolute no customer service, my 3 daughters where in the store will over 30 minutes waiting for her to assist, they were Patiently waiting for there ears to be pierced she ignored them 8 minutes before 6:00 she shared with them that she was closing, the girls told her they wanted there ears pierced she said no, I told her that was going to leave her a negative review she said ok , have a nice day…. Really what type of service is this.

Only two stars because I liked the jewelry that I bought. This place is like icing just a bit more expensive but strictly jewelry And most stuff is for the older teen and up age range. Very small kids selection (I think)
But from the moment I walked in I had the employees staring at me the entire time until I walked out. I assume it’s because of my skin color. It was uncomfortable shopping in that environment to say the least. Customer service was nothing to acknowledge, the employee at the register was just distracted talking to a friend pretty loudly the whole time. And also, as tasteful as this store wants to portray themselves as, all the items I purchased were put into a plastic Chinese take out bag 😑 nothing wrong with the bag, but that just ruined my image of that store totally.
Unless you’re in dire need of a piece of jewelry, I’d shop online or somewhere else

My daughter, my mother-in-law and I all got piercings here today. Kim was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We all had a great experience.
