Mike was rude with bad customer service. And he over charges for my batteries to replace for my watch. Plus he did sketch my expenses watch. I don't recommend to go to mikes watch repair shop.

Absolutely terrible experience. This is the second incident I’ve had with him. The first time my mom and I went in he broke knob on the the side of the my moms Movado then forced us to pay for his damages. After a lot of verbal arguing he replaced it. The second incident happened today. I went in to get my battery replaced on my watch because out front he has a huge sign stating “watch battery replacement $5.95” and when I got inside he verbally confirms that it is only $5.95 to replace a watch battery. The second he is done changing my watch battery he demands that I pay $10 instead. He did not disclose the $10 with me before hand. Do not go here.

2024 is a blessing and going to Mike's jewelry store put a big smile on my face by fixing some sentimental watches I had and had forgotten about he fixed them at an incredible price. I'm very pleased and very happy !! Happy new year!!
