I bought parts to fix my truck. After replacing the parts my truck still had the same error code so I ‘broke down’ and took it to Toyota. They replaced the electrical connections to the parts I bought, but they continued to get the same error code. They replaced the parts I bought at Napa and now my truck works. I returned the parts to Napa with copies of my receipt from Toyota and gave them the service managers name and number. I was told by the manager that he would have to contact the manufacturer prior to issuing me a refund It’s been over a week and I still have not been contacted or refunded my money. When I called for an update after not hearing from them for a week I was told “The manager is busy. He has your number and is working on it. He will call you.”

These guys are pros and are certainly the ones to go-to if you need something unique. Thanks to Sam, the extra time it took to get to their location made the trip well worthwhile. He did a perfect match for me on a series of one of a kind bolts with unique thread patterns.
This saved me countless hours of searching and having to retool the existing bolts due to a spatial limitation.
What a Godsend.

Joe and Sam were terrific! I don't know what I don't know about cars and they helped with, filters, spark plugs, everything...and at a FAIR price. Even stayed after closing to get my order processed. Highly recommended!

Great Customer service, Sam help me a lot through the whole processing for my car even though it took a while and took his time to get what I needed. He gave me some good tips and suggestions that I didn't know. Highly recommend

Well stocked. I see items here that I've not seen in other auto parts store. Just got a warranty replacement of hybrid battery. They were on top of it and coordinated the exchange with the manufacturer. Smooth, friendly transaction.
