I don’t normally leave reviews… but I gave this place 4 tries… My first visit was great, they did a decent acrylic manicure and were nice. There’s a main girl that’s very popular and she’s pretty nice. Second time I went was for my WEDDING. I did not get the girl I requested, and they did not have 3 of my bridesmaids appointments written down. I heard them make the appointments over the phone. I had two different gentleman work on me for my wedding. They were rude, would not smile or talk to me, did not care they were my wedding nails. It was a really disappointing experience. I came back another time for a fill on my acrylics with the original girl i booked with. She was nice and did mostly a great job with minimal flaws. Then I came back 4 weeks later to remove my acrylics and get a gel mani/pedi. This place put my acrylics on and gave me two fills prior to this visit. The lady spent over an hour trying to get my acrylics off and she could not get it off and she just gave up. We’ve all gotten our nails done countless times and we know the techniques. It just felt like she was trying to rush it. Her drills were not taking anything off and she wouldn’t let my nails soak more than 30 seconds before trying to file again with her dull files. So i left with acrylic still on my nails. I had to ask her to at least try to make the acrylic smooth before putting gel over it. She was just going to give up and paint the gel over it…. I won’t post a pic of my toes for free… but both colors I picked for my nails were not even close to what they looked like on the samples. My nails were supposed to be an olive green and they were more a blue green. My toes were supposed to be a light peachy pink and they came out like an early 2000s hot pink. I know I’ll hear “why didn’t you say anything.” The experience just felt so cold.. i had thought about just leaving before she put gel over my old acrylic. I just kept wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it just kept getting worse. They couldn’t find the same pearl chrome that I’ve gotten the last 3 times I was there, so they gave me this other one that changed the color of the gel completely. They didn’t give me a breakdown on the price, but I paid the same amount when I got a full acrylic set, so I just assume she charged me a lot for the hour she spent attempting to remove my acrylic even tho she wasn’t successful. ALSO the reason my nails look so stripy is because when she was trying to apply chrome, the sponge had a bunch of holes in it and the stick was poking thru. So she was just rubbing my nail with a stick taking off the under layer of nail polish. My 14 year old cousin could have done my nails better than this :( I’m just really sad I paid $100 for this kind of work and I don’t trust this place to fix it. After 4 attempts, I’m just going to find somewhere else. (Photo is less than 7 days after visit)

I spontaneously walked in to get my nails done, and they did a wonderful job. I paid a total of $80 without tip, which to me was pricy, but then again, I had a time-consuming and more complicated design than the normal mani. There was a total of 3 technicians working on about 6 different people, but I didn't have to wait long at all. They were all great at working together efficiently and accurately; boucing back between people when necessary. Every person before me walked out with a smile, and to say the very least, so did I.

Oh my god. I went last Sunday with an appointment because I called earlier but then turned to be they clean my old gel then let me sit down wait for then like another 30-40 minutes. Even they said sorry we are less on people today this that but I don’t think that’s the way it should be. If like a 10 minutes reasonable but 30 no. Others done the job in 30 min. And in the moment I’m really need to let the job done so I wait and I don’t want to make it a big deal just hope the work is okay. But then one day later I already have a finger gel peeled Down which is never happened to me before probably some is done like in 4-5 days but normally could hang there for a week or more. And then okay right now only 5 days my whole hands nearly ruined.

I probably won’t be returning to this place. I didn’t get his name, but the man that did my nails 👎🏼 he did not listen to any of my requests and seemed to be rushing (which im sure he was since he rushed out to his car as soon as he finished my nails)
I asked for medium-long length almond shape nails but instead got short claw looking nails
The nails didn’t fit my fingers and looked ok from afar but once you zoom in, can see all the flaws.
He also cut and burned my cuticles so much that my fingers hurt for multiple days after and to top it off, my nails lasted only about a week.
I’m so disappointed with the service I received and more disappointed that he didn’t listen to any of my requests.
I usually get my nails done by one of the women that work there, I believe her name is Jennifer (?) and she always does a beautiful job so I must give credit to her.

Kevin and Jenny do a good job but the gel they use isn't so great anymore. It used to last for 3 weeks and now it's chipping off after a week. The new girl did a terrible job when nobody else was available and she charged more than everybody else does. They weren't shaped well and the gel was all over my fingers. Next time I will ask them what kind of gel they used to use. It used to be hard and stay on and this gel isn't either.
