My mom and I were shopping peak Black Friday sales and a very nice Lady named Jayda helped us out and found the perfect running shoes for me. She answered every question we had with a positive attitude, and was just so lovely :))

This is a great Nike store to visit if you're looking to get some Nike products for a good deal. I came here today with my wife to look for shorts. They had a great selection for shorts but it was mostly too short until I found the one at the right length I prefer.
The store also have other selections too like shoes, shirts, sweatpants, jacket or hoodie and etc. The staff are helpful throughout the store and they also have a security guard watching the entrance as well. There no returns here unless there an issue with the item itself so be aware. There also a lot of parking spots in the plaza this store is in.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I called the Stevenson Ranch store at 9:45am on Friday 2/6, a female voice answered. I asked if I provided the model of the shoes if they could see if they had it in store. She said yes, however, you’re going to need to call back cause “WE ARE NOT OPEN!” While the verbiage is not explicitly rude, the tone in which she was speaking to a potential customer was shocking. She could not be bothered to do anything before the store officially opened. If you’re not open until 10:00 then don’t pick up the phone! That simple. If corporate reads these, this person should not be interacting with customers...period.

I like this store very helpful and friendly staff it can get crowded very fast but their team members are great. They have good selections of clothes and shoes

Excellent customer service. I had to return a defective pair of shoes and was able to select a new pair. Very impressed with the selection and the very helpful and attentive staff, in particular Avery, Ryan, and Jada.
