Diana is always a pleasure to work with. Always gives honest feedback and asks if I have any questions concerning my dental health. Dr Woolard is amazing as well! Always checks up on me at the end of the service and really tries to maintain both a business and casual relationship. Would recommend 10/10 times to anyone.

My visits to this dental office have been very positive. I have referred by my colleague while I have been looking for a honest and skilled dentist for a long time, and I think I finally found one!

In my humble opinion, I would avoid this dentist.
Every time I went in It was a hard sell to get Invisalign. I was eventually convinced because I was told they were required as part of a surgery on my front tooth. They were not.
Glue residue is still on my teeth because they were unable to remove it all.
I resented the hard sell especially when suddenly I had to spend an extra $800 to purchase retainers that they didn’t mention at the beginning. This after Invisalign just lost a monopoly lawsuit regarding the sale of retainers. I refrained from purchase because I wanted to see if my retainers were covered by insurance. They made me sign a letter because I didn’t consent to immediate purchase . I felt bullied. Because I paused, I received a certified letter saying that I should never come back and that they were dropping me as a customer. I was also told that all the dental work done on my mouth would no longer be under warranty by her offices.
This is very sketchy And unprofessional. I will need to meet with a second dentist to see if she dropped me because she made an error on the surgery. there is no excuse for the vindictive behavior because I paid all bills and attended all appointments, except for one when my dog died.
I made a dental impression two days after she put in my new tooth. You can see from the photo that the tooth is crooked. The replaced tooth was inserted crooked.
There are plaques on the walls commemorating how many Invisalign this Dentist has sold. I was there when they received a cake for selling them.

My first time with Dr Woolard and her incredible staff. Amazing experience. I have not been to a dentist in years. I had an incredible deep cleaning today. It was perfection. Dr Woolard explained in detail what I needed done. Explained my x-rays thoroughly to me. She was honest, kind and very thoughtful with a great sense of humor. The front office so sweet and knowledgeable. Thank you Liz Rizzo.

I LOVE this dentist office so much that I drive about 40 mins to visit them. Every single individual that I have met here is a pleasure to speak to. I have had no issues arise at any of my appointments since I started coming here about 4 years ago. The ladies at the reception desk are always so helpful and thorough. Diana takes care of my cleanings with ease and always makes sure I am comfortable. Lira is supportive and always makes sure I am taken care of. Dr. Woolard is honest with me and has helped me gain my confidence with my smile. She was the only dentist who respectfully listened to my wishes and we made it happen. My Invisalign journey with them was a breeze and I was able to finish months before the expected date! Communication is clear here and I am treated with humanity. I could not ask for a better dentist team! Thank you. :)
