I asked to get my measurements done and the lady was extremely rude and told me not right now come back later. Girl I’ll never come back. Then the lady told me to lose weight after I just lost 90lbs after having a baby. This place is EVIL.

Terrible customer service. I paid $35 to get 2 pair of my pants hemmed( which cost more then the price of my pants) and they were still long. They wanted to charge me again to fix them. Never going there again!!!!

Not Dry Cleaners.
Met with Sam & dropped off my daughters dress for homecoming dance (for alterations) on a Thursday10/3, was told would be ready the following Tuesday 10/8 (also on receipt) Went to pick up the next day 10/9 (Wednesday) dress was only partially repaired. Nice gentleman said he is Sam’s son & would call his dad righ away and I should expect a call tomorrow. Tomorrow came no call from Sam. I then called Sam myself in AM. said the alterations lady would be in at 2 PM and I should expect a call. 2 PM came and went...no call. I waited till 4 PM called, Sam was not in, I spoke to another lady saying she knew about the dress said alterations lady took my daughter’s dress to her home (WHAT!) and would have Sam call me the next day which is today Friday (10/11) as the dance is Saturday (10/12) Today I’ve called several times (1st call 9:45AM) with NO answer, left message. In desperation I called the nail salon next-door, the gentleman was kind enough to go look at cleaners...says the business is closed!!! What’s going on ?!!! Before I could post this Sam called me, dress will be ready 2pm. Apparently it is the fault of the alterations lady. As a business owner myself I understand that employees make mistakes, easy to blame employees. However as a business owner I am a firm believer that blame in the end falls in the hands of the business owner.

I am a retired military officer and business executive. I have twice lived and abroad and in many locations across the nation. Nora's is -by far- the best Dry Cleaning Service that I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. They are welcoming, timely, efficient, professional and affordable. I have several other cleaners in the vicinity of my home but... I travel across town to use Nora's! They are FANTASTIC!!!
