My experience has been very good. Ive had 4 or 7 appointments in 2 different clinics and had to get a outside referal. All of it was done quickly and I've had no issues. The most I've ever waited was 15 mins. Every appnt Ive had has never been crowded..people are polite. Dr's listen and ask questions. I thought it was going to be real ghetto but its the exact opposite. Clean nice people and great doctors. They found a serious medical issue with me where I've had to have multiple tests to rule out other things and its all been done with respect. I have no complaints and I'm very happy with thier service.

Unprofessional conduct by Dr. Saurabh Gandhi
I brought my adult son, who has autism and an intellectual disability, to this clinic for podiatry care. I am his legal medical guardian. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Saurabh Gandhi over three appointments was consistently negative and ultimately unacceptable.
From the first visit, Dr. Gandhi was condescending and dismissive. During subsequent visits, he raised his voice, interrupted me repeatedly, spoke in an accusatory tone, and created a hostile environment in front of my disabled son and my minor daughter.
There was confusion regarding where X-rays were to be completed, which was never clearly explained verbally during the initial visit. Rather than addressing this professionally, Dr. Gandhi became aggressive, blamed me, and walked out of the exam room without concluding the visit.
At the final appointment, after the X-rays were completed, Dr. Gandhi again raised his voice, spoke over me, and ultimately walked out and refused to return to provide care, leaving staff to intervene. Multiple staff members witnessed this.
The nursing staff was professional and kind, but Dr. Gandhi’s behavior showed a lack of professionalism, respect, and sensitivity toward a disabled patient and his family. We have discontinued care and would not recommend this provider, particularly to families caring for individuals with disabilities.

The staff there is amazing! It was our first time and Dr. Desai made us feel like we have been coming for years. She made sure to address all our concerns. Her assistant was so patient and kind with my granddaughter. She needed to get a shot and was not being so cooperative. She helped talk her through it. Our experience was really positive.

Horrible experience every time we go. They refuse to sign paperwork,they refuse to give you documentation. My daughter has a disability and a refuse to do anything for her. The doctors are very rude and take forever. They are never on time for their scheduled appointments. Office staff sucks. The office manager doesn't know her job. Just horrible. Don't go!

Everybody is WONDERFUL HERE! from the receptionists to NP's to Nurses to the Doctors to the Lab Techs. Dr. Leavitt always listens here and they also treatme with Kindness and Respect. I am autistic (Tylenol, of course) and from experience, this is rare with healthcare providers. i am NOT easy to please but NEVHC deserves top rating. BRAVO!
