10/22/2025: Came in to see PACC for an oil change on the recommendation of my Mom's neighbor, but it was too close to closing time. Huge shoutout to PACC for being willing to share that Oilstop is open later and would take care of my simple need! I can't stand that amber light in my face telling me that service is "past due". Eek!
Francisco met me and confirmed they had time, cited the cost of a full synthetic oil change and said since I was willing to pivot and do a Hail Mary and trust them, he would give me a discount. Nice!
I drove around to the back bay and Michael greeted me. He guided me to the line for service.. and I get to wait in my car! Super convenient. They even offer you complementary beverages while you wait. So far, so good!
The place looks neat and tidy, everyone is smiling. They're all taking amongst themselves in the most friendly and professional way. I am impressed! Michael also shared that they're not commissioned so don't feel pressured, they don't do "upsells ".
The price quoted is less than the local Jiffy Lube, even with the $20 online coupon. There's a reason I drove past them and saw no customers waiting.
Did I mention that I get to sit in my car and write this review while I wait? Can't beat that! Oh! And while I wait, they're cleaning all of my windows, spraying lube on the door hinges, checking tire pressure.. making sure the wiper blades are in good shape. The Manager just came to show me the filter they're installing and reviewed all that was done today. They double check every bolt to make sure they're tightened, checked my air filters and did NOT say they needed to be replaced (unlike Diamond Mazda).
Total time from getting in to line to driving away was 52 minutes. They quoted an hour, and they were accurate!
I may have accidentally found my new favorite place for oil changes!

I recently had an oil change OilStop - Sta clarita branch, and was thoroughly impressed! The service was quick, professional, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Not only did they do a great job, but the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other places I’ve been. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for reliable and affordable oil changes!

Excellent service! All of the employees here are knowledge and efficient, and nobody pressures you to get anything you don’t want. The service is quick, but the line can be quite long so be prepared to wait.

I arrived at 9:08 AM and there was one car in front of me, so I figured the wait would be about an hour. While I was waiting, I noticed vehicles coming into the other lanes. At first it wasn’t a big deal, but as time went on the other lanes started moving faster and those cars were being taken care of before us.
The car in front of me was taking a long time, and eventually we started moving forward. When it was finally my turn to move up, my car wouldn’t start. I realized the battery had died from sitting there too long with the electronics on. They had to jump-start my car just so I could move forward.
I checked the time and it was already 10:10 AM. I assumed they would start working on my car next, but instead they began servicing another group of cars that had just arrived. They finished those vehicles while I was still left waiting.
By the time my oil change and filter swap were finally done, it was 11:00 AM.
Oil Stop needs better management of their lanes and vehicle flow. From what I could see, there didn’t appear to be a supervisor or anyone providing clear direction, and the whole process felt disorganized and unfair to customers who had already been waiting.

Service Technician Bella O. was pleasant and very professional. The experience of sitting in your vehicle during the service was different yet nice. Personally, from a safety perspective, I think it would be better if the technician took the key / fob and held onto it during the service to avoid accidental engine start during the service window. But that does not detract from the excellent service experience I had. I'll go back again for sure. It's a oil change gem location. Thanks again Bella!
