My family has been coming to Pam’s since I was an actual baby. I am 27 now and don’t live in the state anymore, but Pam’s donuts is always at the top of my list when I come back to visit. Consistently great quality and the best donuts I’ve ever had. (Although admittedly I might be a little biased having been raised on them.)
I’ve heard from many people that Pam recognizes regular customers immediately when they come in and she’s always excited to see them, even remembering their orders. I think it truly speaks to a business’s quality when so many of the customers have been loyal to it for multiple decades. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, I think about it often and can’t wait to go back. :)

I am not overly impressed. Do not think it deserves the 4.8 rating. The people were nice but the donuts were mediocre. Not enough frosting to donut ratio. Chocolate donut was kinda dry.

I love this Donut shop, it's a local place family owned with really good Donuts. They also serve Thrifty Ice Cream if your around in the afternoon, have coffee, some pastries etc. There are a bunch of donut shops around but if your near Seco and Copper Hill this would be a good stop if you're in the mood for some enjoyable calories.....

We moved away 5 years ago from Saugus however for 20 years lived just down the street. I would walk to the shop most Sundays for coffee and donuts along with getting my lotto.
We are very sorry to here Anita has had a stroke. They have a go fund me going for Anita.
We miss the neighborhood which she is a great part of it.

The owners are very nice. The selection isn't the best but that's fine if you just want a good donut. They have some really delicious donuts with flavored icing that I haven't found anywhere else. The lemon and orange icings are my favorite.
