The service was excellent as always, but I was very disappointed with the recent changes, especially the decision to no longer honor lifetime oil changes. I’ve always brought my Tahoe here for service and have invested a significant amount of money into it. Unfortunately, because of this change, you’ll now be losing my business over something as simple as an oil change for loyal customers. I know I’m not the only one who will be taking their business elsewhere for ALL of their services.

The Parkway service experience is as good as it gets. We met our service advisor, Lydia McDonald, when she managed a major part replacement shortly after we purchased the car. She worked with GM for a costless transaction and stayed on top of a challenging supply-chain situation to make sure it got done. Lydia also arranged for our first full service, plus installing a front license plate bracket and software update, and made sure it was all handled in a timely way and free of charge. I have to drive 25 miles and pass several other Buick dealers to get service at Parkway but as long as Lydia is there it is well worth the trip!

My husband and I went to GMC Tustin and it was the worst experience that we ever had buying a car. We drove almost 3 hours to look at their Hummer EV. We had bad customer service. After numerous failed attempts by their staff, we drove to the GMC in Santa Clarita and I’m so happy we did. They treated us like royalty. We had an amazing test drive and every staff member we interacted with was professional, honest and excelled in customer service. They really cared for us! Thank you, Kevin, Chaz, Nate and Hany. You made buying a car fast, easy and a wonderful experience.

i came here for an oil change on my 2019 Buick. It was my first time here and to be honest $99.95 for just a oil change was not what i expected. That is a really high price. I’ve could’ve gone anywhere else .. i mean any non Buick GMC dealership and most probably get the oil change done for $50-$60 most likely even get a free car wash with the oil change.. to keep the story short.. i wasn’t happy with the amount i was changed.. however while i was waiting for my service to be done i was approached by few salesmen and they were absolutely kind and polite and made me feel welcomed. In my opinion Parkway Buick dealership should keep their prices at a reasonable rate and that way keep their customers from going elsewhere. Those 4 stars i gave in my review is just because of the pleasant attitude of those salesmen i was approached during my service visit.

Booked an appointment for a Saturday. The w as time they don’t service EVs on weekends. The dealer waited until I had arrived to let me know this. Not letting me make the appointment or calling before I drove all the way out would have been helpful. I was rebooked for a new appointment but never received a confirmation or text. I called to confirm and was told someone would reach out. Two day later, haven’t heard. Needless to say I will not be returning to Parkway
