Horrible experience buying from here, of course they are friendly when buying, but the minute you leave and there is an issue, they want no responsibility, bought basically a used low mileage lemon they sold to me Everything working fine during test drive but the minute I leave and drive home, issues upon issues. The sales manager must be deaf and dumb as he is a young punk kid that thinks his authoritative figure gets to make him a God, and playing stupid will not have to take on responsibility. I called every time to report issues and have everything documented since I bought the vehicle. Management wants to take no responsibility or even come up with any sort of solution. I would understand if these issues came up later. But when it's documented and you leave right from the dealer and there are issues, you would expect a little integrity. I guess this is what happens when you get this self entitled generation to take on leadership responsibilities. This place sucks do not waste your time here. Sales associates are in and out constantly. The service advisor is awesome though. Even though she said she would have my back and then cowarded down to that tyrant of a sales manager. Do not buy from here!!!

My wife and I went to just look at the 2024 GMC Denali trucks and Andres approached us and kindly introduced himself to us. He spoke to us with no pressure and informed us of the details of the truck. I really liked the truck and Andres made us feel very comfortable so we purchased the truck and we love it. Parkway employees are very professional and treat their customers great.

I can say they have provided a good customer service! I purchased a GMC Truck with an extended warranty I have taken my truck over four times a for the same problem they can’t fix it I been waiting for over a month, still waiting! I called GM for customer solutions they haven’t helped much they said they waiting on an engineer from GM now!
