Tamer never let us feel like he was trying to sell us a vehicle. It felt like he was truly trying to help us. He is extremely personable and kind. Once the car buying process started, he made everything super simple & constantly made us feel like he would assist us with explaining every thing in detail. We appreciated his ability to share with us experiences he has with his children. It made us feel like we were just talking to a family member. Overall, a great experience. Traded in my 2020 Toyota Corolla SE for an amazing 2024 Toyota GR Corolla! Very happy with the shopping experience— especially with the salesman Christo, he was excellent, personable, and easy to get a long with. Nick also helped me get a great deal on GAP which I absolutely appreciate.
There was a few back and forth to get where I needed to be but I never sweated it. Nothing new in the business. That’s why it’s called a dealership, lol.
