Fantastic visit over the weekend to lease a brand new Ioniq 6. Edward Johnson was phenomenal - we found the perfect trim and color, and he fought hard to make sure we were happy bringing it home. The stereotypically painful dealership experience was instead smooth and comfortable. He was a rockstar! We appreciate all his hard work to make this awesome car fit into the budget we needed, and we're thrilled to now be a part of the Hyundai family.
Additional thanks to Tamer Noureldin for making sure we left with all the accessories the car included, and of course Nicholas Vondra for all his help on the lease paperwork. We knew we were in good hands throughout the entire process. Thank you guys!

We shopped for a new car. The sales associate was wonderful. Great customer service. His name is Caleb. The only reason we didn’t purchase our vehicle through him was because the manager wasn’t able to sell us the car for the amount we negotiated. We ended up finding the car at the price we wanted at Mission Hills Hyundai. That sales associate was nice enough but it felt like the minute we purchased the car, the level of customer service dropped. I took the car back to Mission Hills to fix some minor issues. I was very disappointed in the level of customer service and communication amongst their staff. From that day forward I decided never to go back to that dealership. When the time came, we scheduled our first service appointment at the Valencia location. Their service was great. They were timely, knowledgeable and friendly. I will always go back to this location if I need anything.

I had a great experience buying our Palisade with the whole team. Caleb our sales person is great. He loves to describe everything about the car and has a great personality and listens to what the customer wants. That's very important. Customers will always want to pay for something they like and for what car works for them. I'm definitely going to continue my business with you guys. I will refer some friends and family members to you guys. Thanks again, love the car. Nothing but 5 stars.

I took my wife's vehicle (25 kia seltos) to AutoNation Hyundai in Valencia for an oil change, originally the plan was to take it to Kia next door but after finding out how much they were asking for an oil change I called Hyundai explaining my issue, I've braught my vehicle(21 Elantra) here before with Bladimir, he was shocked and made sure that I would be better off with them for oil changes moving forward as he knows that basic oil changes will not void any warranty as far as Kia goes. Bladimir has been nothing short of amazing and he's a great asset to Hyundai. I appreciate him and Hyundai very much for continuing to help me out.
As far as numbers go, to clarify things, kia wanted 3 times the amount I paid at Hyundai for an oil change which is absurd considering they share filters and oil viscosity/type as certain Hyundai vehicles.
