I hate to leave a review with such low stars but the voicemail I received from Angie was super rude. I was referred to Patrick by my brother Joe and mother Patricia. Emil helped me file my taxes, he was great too! Unfortunately with Angie's voicemail, I was ticked off. I never got a bill via email, and her exact words were "Let's not do this and I don't want to have to call you again." This was the first phone call ever, and to approach someone like that is just unprofessional. I can understand if it was a 2nd or 3rd warning for her to be upset but I was never warned about a nonpayment because again I never received my bill via email nor was it mentioned to me in the emails with Emil or when I met with Emil face to face. I do recommend Patrick Young because his staff explains everything to a T and super friendly, but this Angie person needs to watch her tone, I have no problem giving you payment and I would have given you my payment as soon as I found out how much I owe, but again miscommunication happened and that was NOT my fault.

Patrick has always been very warm & loving...Even apart from your taxes,he would talk to you in so easy and friendly way, you feel you are not in his office as a client,but as if you are sitting in his home just talking casually ...He would just print out your summary of taxes , when you are relaxing and talking ... very friendly and unassuming person , you would not know he is so humble and sharing his experiences in so many other areas of your interest..Such a noble and special person he is, I have yet to find one....
