May be the best Porsche dealership in the continental United States. This place is 50% Porsche dealership, and 50% museum. Both of which are spectacular. While unassuming from the outside, you walk in and are quickly greeted by any of a series of nice hostestess. There they have food, drinks and 5 star customer service. Particularly a gentlemen named Todd Kessler who really did go out of his way to answer any questions and provided the least stressful and fun car buying (or leasing) experience. We ended up just talking about the Dodgers and have since just been texting each other as friends, despite the deal being done. I can see why I was recommended Todd when I was looking to get a Porsche. Definitely a first with any car buying experience! And downstairs (underground) they have this incredible museum of classic cars, original old documents, many dating back to the beginnings of Porsche. Everything from a Le Mans Prototype car, a 1950s 356 Speedster, to a 918 Sypder. Todd had told me that the Porsche Family even sent some pieces that exist nowhere else but in the main museum in Stuttgart. Even if you are not looking to get a Porsche, any enthusiast would have an great time in that amazing museum. Even though there may be a Porsche dealership closer to me, I decided to specifically go here and glad I did!

I had a wonderful experience working with Katie, a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador, at Porsche Santa Clarita. She was thorough and knowledgeable, and I appreciated her patience throughout the few weeks it took me to choose my vehicle. Katie was always responsive; whenever I sent her a text with questions, she replied promptly. She was never pushy but regularly checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, my experience with Santa Clarita Porsche was extremely positive, and everyone involved in the process was very helpful. Excellent customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about Kristin Fisher, Service Advisor at Porsche Santa Clarita. I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S from another authorized Porsche dealership, and there was an item that needed to be replaced under my factory warranty.
Even though I didn’t buy the vehicle from this location, Kristin treated me like a VIP from day one—professional, incredibly communicative, and truly on top of every detail. She kept me updated throughout the process, was proactive with timelines, and even managed to get me in a full week earlier than my original appointment. On top of that, she had a loaner vehicle ready for me, which made the entire experience effortless.
The dealership itself is also stunning. Whether you’re stopping by to browse their beautiful showroom, check out the underground museum, or grab a bite and a drink at their café, the atmosphere is first-class and the facility is impressive.

Todd Kesler was my brand ambassador and my situation was a little unique. I was an out of state Buyer and my deal but it did not end up working out. There was nothing that Todd or the team could have done better. Todd handled all my questions and the negotiation was fair and transparent. All my questions were addressed quickly. All documents were sent out quickly and the wire process was easy to do. If it works out for me in the future Todd and the team at Santa Clarita will be my first call.
