I wanted my windshield replaced and everything to look like it did before I got it cracked. When I went there I was told on the phone that it would be $500. Then I was told that it would be a little more because of some reason, even though I gave them my VIN Pryor, and they ran it and they knew exactly what I needed. I thought the place was going to be a little more honest when the man asked me for $550 in cash. I figured $550 was better than some of the other quotes I got. While I was there, I figured it would be not such a big deal to just get it over with. Then I go to hand him my credit card and he asks me for $600 because it is a credit card. He told me that if I paid him in $550 cash then that would save me money. But because I wanted to use a credit card now I had to pay an extra $50. I was told to go in the rain to a donut shop that had a maximum withdrawal of $100. This whole thing became pretty shady pretty fast. I had to leave, I had an event I had to get to and I had to basically accept whatever work he was willing to do. He did me a, "favor" by putting 3M tape on the back of the window molding and told me that it doesn't get any better. I still have two spots that stick out that other cars that are the same make and model, do not. I am definitely not going to recommend this place or go back anytime soon. I never asked him for a deal or special price. My deductible was $500 and he told me that if I paid him $550 that is how much the job would cost. It got into haggling and just trying to get them to do the best job. This is not my style

Primo Auto Glass did a fantastic job repairing the rock chip damage. This is the fourth time using their repair service and they never disappoint. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs great work.

First we had an appointment with safelite 8-11 am yesterday the guy called came at noon . We went to primo auto glass and they installed the windshield on our 99 ml430 no issues better price in fact we are bringing the car in the morning. Best windshield repair and replace in the area. Real talk they are the best.

Went to Primo's last Saturday to get an estimate for the repair of our vehicle's cracked windshield. It needed a replacement. We made a deposit of $20, and Ed placed an order of the windshield. The order arrived Monday and it was installed while we waited. We're so happy with the result and for the service! We don't know why we waited for so long to get it fixed. We're repeat customers.👌
