Red wing always has the best customer service. Employees are super nice and helpful! I had some minor issues with a repair and the company was quick to resolve the issue and even compensated me for it. I can't recommend this store enough!

Great customer service, I called ahead of time around to check to see if they had the size and model of work boots, They had the boots ready to go. I alo purchased insoles. No pushy sells person, trying to up up sell you again Great customer service!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Used an Ultimate Fit Profile foot scanner to measure my feet, which was very cool. Didn't have my size shoes in stock, but was able to purchase online.

I’m so happy that I drove all the way from the San Fernando valley .. My experience here was overall the best of the best with the help of Dimuth I was able to get the perfect boot for my type of work i do I’ll be coming back again soon 🔜

Came here to pick up my son work boots. Place is very clean, and well organized. Unfortunately the spot didn't have the boot in my son's size. The young man at the counter was very helpful and polite while we shopped. The place has a few gloves as well.
