My husbad took two of our cars to this mechanic shop on two different occasions within 3 months for different issues and came out without being charged but with the problem fixed. They told him that they didn't have to do much to fix the issue. I didn't believe mechanics can be honest until we came to Reeves. I highly recommend them.

Everyone in the shop is really knowledgeable and very kind. I ran into a problem with a lemon I bought, and they were very informative with the fixes, my options, and helping me through the process of any future car purchases. I will be coming here from now on. Amazing people.

I used a different shop to do my 100,000 mile service. After that when under a load the truck would misfire. They said they drove it and ran diagnostics on it and it was fine. So I loaded up my trailer and went on vacation. My truck broke down and I went to an auto parts got their code reader which said multiple misfires. I took it back to the shop and they said it was a turbo that caused the misfires. I told them I looked up the codes and it said plugs, plug wires, or coil was the problem. They said I didn’t know about turbos and how they work. So $4000.00 a month’s of not being able to go on vacation I asked who others recommended. They said Reeves Complete Automotive Center. I made an appointment they listened to me then had Mackey attach the code reader and go for a ride with me. Needless to say it said misfiring in 3,4,6 cylinders. After the other shop couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t listen to me but kept charging me for things I didn’t bring my truck in for Reeves replaced 3 spark plugs and my truck is fixed. Reeves has earned a customer for life and don’t waste your time going elsewhere because you will end up there anyways. Thank you Reeves Complete Automotive Center for salvaging the end of summer for me.

Best mechanic in SCV. They are honest, quick, and know their stuff. Plus, the prices are so fair. I just got an inspection but opted out of the few recommended fixes, so they didn't charge me at all. Not sure anyone else in the Valley would do that. If you have a choice when picking a mechanic, pick Reeve's first!
