Great Residence Inn. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The place is very clean. The rooms are spacious and the kitchens are stocked with every item you could need. The breakfast is fantastic and coffee is always available. It’s a great place to stay. Plus, they love my dog. Warning: this place will spoil you. I’ve been to two other Residence Inns in the area and I was extremely disappointed in comparison to this special one. Highly recommend this particular hotel A+++

I usually really like Residence Inn and the location for this one is great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. But my suite has been problematic. When I checked in, the bathroom was not clean-- there was hair on the shower wall. The shampoo/conditioner/bath gel containers were empty and it took an entire day for me to get these filled so that I could use them. My second night there was a loud party somewhere near me, which made it impossible to sleep. And then today I returned to the room to find the ceiling in the bathroom/bedroom area leaking some sort of fluid all over the floor. At this point I'm considering checking out early and finding another hotel.

It was ok. The sofa bed, pretty uncomfortable and the size of the room was a bit small. Room was clean, staff was very nice. Great breakfast. But it was so hard to get a good night of sleep because the air conditioner was so so noisy, honestly a shame.

Update: I appreciate them reaching out and cancelling the fees.
They lost a more than 10-year customer over a charge that they refused to decline! Long story short, I asked to have a room with 2 beds instead of one. The receptionist did not inform me that there is a sofa bed available on the room she game me. Nevertheless, she offered me another room with two queen beds, which was fine. Coming from long international trip, my family briefly used the bathroom before we moved to the second room, and I told them that when she asked me whether I used the room or not. Despite that, they insisted to charge me $75, a charge initially labeled as “PET charge - pictured” which I found insulting. The receptionist overnight talked over me through the phone, and insisted to charge me that amount and refused to transfer me to the manager. I was able to talk to the manager next day morning And the only thing she offered is to reduce the amount. I don’t know how they moved someone to the room without checking it and charge me that amount for briefly using the toilet and tub for less than a few minutes!
Moreover, they charged me, by mistake they said, an $80 that showed up in my receipt and I had to ask them about it.
I will cancel my account with Marriott because of the disappointment I felt being a member with them for more the 10 years, and yet charge me for a miscommunication and conduct by their receptionist.
Rooms and breakfast were ok otherwise.

Worst experience ever at a Marriott property. I reserved a king bed, studio room. I checked in on the mobile app at 4:30 PM. As a lifetime platinum elite member, I am supposed to be given priority and have a guaranteed room type benefit. When I arrived at the property, I was put into a handicapped room. The bed is practically on the floor and the shower is very small and narrow with grab bars all over the walls with a folding seat that is leaning away from the wall into the shower area. I’m not sure how they expect a normal person to take a shower comfortably. I would hate to be a handicapped person trying to use that shower or get up from the bed that’s on the floor. I contacted the front desk to let them know about the error they made in placing me in the wrong room type and asked them to move me to the room type I reserved. They said the room they gave me is equivalent to the room I reserved and they had no rooms available to move me to. The guy was rather rude on the phone, so I hung up on him and contacted Marriott and filed a complaint. Something tells me they had the correct room type available when I checked in on the mobile app at 4:30 PM. I’ve stayed in a lot of Marriott hotels across the US and in other countries but, this is the worst ever. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Note, if you want a quiet hotel on a Saturday night, this is not it. Between the road noise and people having what sounds like a party in their room, I would probably get more sleep in my car in a Walmart parking lot.
