Our family had the pleasure of calling this Marriott hotel our home for the past three weeks, and we could not be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that continued throughout our entire stay. Each team member went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness made a lasting impression on us.
The hotel itself is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a stress-free environment that made our extended stay truly relaxing. It’s not easy being away from home for so long, but the staff made it feel like we never left. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk, or the breakfast team,
Bartender, front desk everyone treated us like family, and for that, we are sincerely thankful.
We will always remember this stay with appreciation.
Plus my 3-year-old learned to swim here, oh and their breakfast is the best!

Terrible experience at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Valencia.
I called the hotel on Monday before my arrival to confirm that my reservation (originally for 3 guests through Expedia) could be updated to 4 guests, and they clearly said there would be no problem or extra charge. However, when we arrived, the front desk said there were no rooms available with two beds, no rollaway beds, and that they couldn’t do anything to help — only offer a refund even though it was already late at night and we had nowhere to go.
We were left with a single king bed for four people after driving hours to get there. The staff showed no empathy or effort to find a real solution.
Extremely disappointing service from a Marriott property. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

During my recent stay at The Residence Inn Valencia, CA, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Morgan Baker, an accountant at the hotel, who went above and beyond to resolve a frustrating billing issue I encountered. What could have been a stressful experience was transformed into a seamless and positive one, thanks to Morgan’s exceptional professionalism and dedication.
When I emailed Morgan with an issue that I had been dealing with for weeks, she immediately took ownership of the situation. Morgan reviewed the issue and provided a clear explanation of the steps she was taking to resolve it. Morgan's efficiency and attention to detail ensured the problem was corrected promptly, and she even followed up to confirm my satisfaction!
Morgan’s ability to handle a complex situation with such care and professionalism truly reflects the high standards of Marriott’s hospitality. Morgan's kindness and commitment to guest satisfaction turned a potentially negative moment into a highlight of my stay. Morgan Baker is an invaluable asset to the Marriott Bonvoy Brand, and I wholeheartedly commend her outstanding service. Great stay overall!! We love coming here. This hotel is clean and well managed. We asked for extra blankets during check-in and they brought them within minutes to the door. Breakfast is delicious and they have options for kids. Love the tiny milk cartons, so fun for kids to drink out of those! Our room was very comfortable and quiet. I recommend this hotel and location. Very family friendly!

I am emailing to express my disdain regarding my stay on 3/22 at Residence inn Valencia. When my wife and I arrived to the hotel at 7 PM, there was already limited parking on the premise. We noticed that there was a large RV taking up multiple parking spots. I expressed my concern to the staff, as we would be leaving later in the night and wanted to ensure that there will be parking when we returned later that evening; They informed us that it would be addressed. As we leave for our event and come back at 2-3AM there is not a single parking stall available for guests. The RV is also still parked there. After finding street parking a couple blocks away, we come to our room and find that the hot water is not working and our towels are covered in stains. In the morning, I notified the front desk Melissa, who provided no help and did not address any of our concerns. In addition she was extremely rude and condescending. This experience has me questioning if this Is this how Marriott treats loyal guests? If so, I would like to take my business elsewhere.
