David at Rise Floor Cleaning did a wonderful job in promptly responding to my inquiry online, coming out to provide a quote and he showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. He has such a kind, honest, positive, friendly and professional demeanor and the way he runs his company is very admirable. The rate he quoted was very competative and, best of all, my nice cream/white carpets and stairs are no longer grey. I have 2 large huskies that get the crazy zoomies all up and down the stairs and hallway and we had a few accidents too, my teen has a slime obsession and her makeup also ends up on the carpet. So happy to have all the stains removed, the carpet feels nice and soft, and everything smells great. David followed up also to make sure the job was done right. Will be using Rise Floor Cleaning to clean my tile and grout next because I know he will do a great job. Highly recommend this company!

We decided to use Rise Floor Cleaning to clean and seal our travertine floors. They did an amazing job and we highly recommend using them. Scheduling was a breeze and the pricing was great. We will definitely use the company again and highly recommend them for any cleaning services that they offer. Rise flooring is the best in the business!!

David is wonderful, very polite, kind, respectful and caring. He set up my appointment, sent reminders and let me know when he was on his way over. When he arrived at our house he looked at the area he’d be working in, we chatted about job and he got to work. He was respectful of my home, very thorough and did a fantastic job. I’m very impressed! He did my tiled floors this time round and they look brand new. The grouting is white and the floors feel amazing.
I recommend using Rise flooring for all your cleaning needs!! Thank you, David for doing such a great job!!

Let me start by saying they did an amazing job!! This is the third time we've had our carpets cleaned since getting dogs and this was by far the best job and experience we have had. The first time we got the carpets cleaned, which happened to be the most expensive time, two guys came and essentially just wet and vacuumed our carpets. They were in and out in 15 minutes, felt like opening the doors and letting someone in to rob us. The second time the guy did a good job and we even tried to hire him again. Except he pretty much told us it would be pointless, because we still have dogs. After the experience and job done by Rise Floor Cleaning we won't use another service. From beginning to end they did an amazing job. I now have a little bit of peace and joy seeing my carpets look amazing again. Thank you!!

We used Rise to clean all of our carpets, our kitchen tile & grout, and a couch. They were on time, friendly, professional, and did an above-and-beyond job, and all for a fair price! I didn’t think our carpets were that dirty until I saw the results - wow! They do not cut corners whatsoever, and they take their time to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards. Highly recommend, and we won’t be using another carpet cleaning company other than Rise again.
