We recently moved and bought a new home in Friendly Valley. Ron and Marianne Smith with Realty Executives Santa Clarita were incredibly helpful through the whole process including setting us up with a wonderful lending company and helping us find painters and carpenters to fix up our old house before putting it on the market. They stayed with us the entire time and explained everything we had to sign and who we needed to talk to. We recommend them totally.

I really trust Ron and Marrianne Smith. Ron was oh so patient with my year and a half long search for the perfect home. And he found me that home!
I always felt pressured or rushed by my previous agent, but I never got that feeling with the Smith’s. My calls and emails were always answered quickly, when I wanted to view a house Ron made it happen ASAP. Also, Ron is quite knowledgeable about his field and he gave valuable insight when it came to choosing a home and negotiating. Would definitely recommend!

Ron and Marianne were both super willing to meet all my specific needs in a condo. We browsed many different options in quite a few neighborhoods, both close and afar, and they always took the time to give me a thorough look at the good and bad in each.
When I finally settled on a place, they walked me through the whole process, from opening bid to closing. They explained the pros and cons and really took the time to make me comfortable in my choice. I would highly recommend their services.

He also was a great partner in showing issues with homes we looked at so that we'd see both the good and bad with each home. Highly informative, extremely easy to work with and always accessible. Can't praise him enough.
