Did a great job aligning my lowered 2023 Kia Stinger. If you are a car enthusiast, you know how hard it is to find a shop that will work on a modified car that is lowered. Since my drop is only about 1 inch they were willing to help so I was relieved. They got my car to drive much better after despite the fact that my car has no front camber adjustment. I went to 4 different shops that simply did not even want to touch my car.
They got the steps as close as possible to limits which I was very happy about seeing how much worse it was before. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Price was not too bad either for about $90. Do wish they would offer more options to be able to do an alignment maybe 2-3 times a year or something. Still very satisfied!

****DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE****
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had getting a car worked on. I came in to get my power steering fixed and an oil change. They over torqued the nut on my oil pan and didn’t tell me. I found out from the oil leaking on my driveway. I brought the vehicle back in and they told me that they needed to replace the plug but what they did didn’t tell me is that they modified my oil pan. I can no longer get an oil change anywhere but at RS automotive and the office manager MARIO thinks that this is an OK issue to have. They promised to replace my oil pan just to find out on the day of taking it in that they were no longer going to keep their promise. Mario and other office managers have done nothing but give an attitude and have absolutely no accountability for their shops actions. I now have to take more time and spread the word of the awful customer service and workmanship of this shop.

Fabulous service! On the road traveling and needed an oil change. Professional, courteous, great communication and got me right in! Does it get any better? Yes... Nice waiting room with Wi-Fi and super clean restroom. Met the owner and they've been in business for decades. Thank you Tony and Anthony for great service. Plus, they topped all the fluids off and found a nail in my tire - disaster averted. You gave me great confidence while passing through. Thank you!

R & S Automotive are pure professionals by every definition of the word!! They repaired my sunroof/screen cover for less that I expected it to cost, and it works better than when the truck was brand new!! Great customer service always!!
