I have nothing but good to say about this place, and Toney who works there. We were headed from Arizona to Washington state and had car problems. The shop opened at 7:30 AM and they were able to get us in without any problem and diagnose the problem and we were on our way the next day. very courteous, efficient and honest. Thank you.

I'm a repeat customer. I called Tony and asked him if they were busy to do a Smog Check so I can pay my annual DMV renewal. I took the vehicle and it was done in 20 minutes. Top notch customer service as always and quick service! The best automotive service in Santa Clarita! 100% satisfaction!

R & S has taken over for my Service on my Truck . I use to go to the Dealer for my Service which was far away in Lancaster and I am in Newhall . Had problems at the Dealer and tried R & S and they were local and Honest in pricing and the service that they do . Tony is my Service intake .Specialist he does a Great 👍 Job in keeping me any additional issues that may arise with my service and Deals with me extended warranty company . All the Macanics are Topnotch and the work is always done very Professionally !!!!! They are my Go To Shop !!!!! I Highly recommend Them !!!!!?👍👍👍

Brought my in-law’s vehicle into R&S Auto to diagnose a starting issue. Keith was my point of contact and called me later to say it was only a loose battery connection. He truly felt he shouldn’t charge me the standard two-hour diagnostic fee and only charge for 30 mins of labor. Bravo to R&S for their honest service charges. I will be using them again!
