Yesterday I was able to spend almost 4 hours in 4 to 5 foot faces in Ventura that surfing.
Just a couple weeks ago, I couldn’t even get through a night of sleep.
My back had been killing me for over a year.
My friend was trying to convince me to go see Dr. Polucki.
But first I tried all of the online advice, stretching Icing over the counter pain management… But I ran out of options and wasn’t getting any better.
I finally took his advice. And within two weeks, I was sleeping through the night.
Annette gave me the energy that I need to get through my workday which I was starting to get concerned about before I met Dr. Polucki.
I I just wish I would’ve done this sooner.

My vertigo got so bad that I wasn't able to work out Or even walk and I was afraid to drive even across town.I'd stay in the slow lane. Even in bed all I'd have to do is change positions.And the Vertigo would actually wake me up.It was miserable. So I went to a vestibular rehab specialist.They did the epily monoeuvre and some stuff with my eyes.But the vertigo came right back within a week. I was starting to think that I was never gonna be normal again. For the first time in my life I really knew what anxiety felt like it was panic. I found doctor Polucki online and saw that he had some good result with vertigo.
I was more than a little concerned that he was a chiropractor but it was reassuring that he didn't twist her crack. And I was pretty desperate.
For the first few treatments I couldn't even lay down but he was able to treat me standing up which started to help.
Now.
I can't even believe how much better I feel.I feel like I have to knock on wood every time I even say It.
And I like that i'm already weening off my treatment schedule and I still feel better than I have in a long time.

Quick results and less fear because I know that most chiropractors twist the neck and that scares me.
I especially like that Dr. Polucki gave me personalized rehabilitation exercises to do at home because no other chiropractor ever did that before.
My headaches and pain in the neck have kept me from too much and now I feel like I’m getting back to my old self.
And I’ve also learned how important drinking enough water is for everybody, but especially for me.
I also appreciate the flexible scheduling as a full-time student. I really need to be able to get in when it’s possible and I’m always accommodated.

For over two years I was confined to bed.
I was eventually diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. I tried medication that shut down my liver and kidneys. 1800 mg of Gabapentin couldn’t touch the pain. Migraine medications made me feel like I had dementia. Surgical decompression only gave me slight relief. I forgot what not having constant pain was like.
But working with Dr Polucki changed everything. For the first time since this started, I’ve been able to go pain free for days even with eating chocolate and bananas which normally would trigger severe pain.
I’ve done a lot of research and experienced the hopelessness unsure about anything that could help. I couldn’t imagine a day without pain or that there was a treatment that works. i’m enthusiastic about life again for the first time since this all started!

I’ve been a nurse for 14 years. One morning, I woke up with low back and sciatica pain down my leg so bad that I had trouble walking.
