Recently I started playing pickleball, and it’s quickly become a new passion of mine.

I never thought this was possible, but for the first time in years my low back and right hip aren’t in screaming pain when I move or lift something.
Before this, even cooking for 20 minutes meant hours of recovery. I was told I had everything from a pinched nerve and sciatica to arthritis and disc issues. I tried cortisone shots, lived on patches and Tylenol, and eventually gave up on the idea of real improvement.
After about three weeks of care—only six visits—I can honestly say I have no pain in my lower back or hip.
The difference is life-changing. I go upstairs without thinking about it. I shop, carry groceries, and move through my day without fear. I feel more balanced and I’m no longer relying on medication.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this chiropractic office! I came in due to frequent dizziness that was affecting my daily life. From the very first visit, Dr Polucki and his staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping me feel better. After the very first adjustment, I noticed a huge improvement and before I knew it, my dizziness stopped and I got my life back! This entire team is professional, positive and they truly care about their patients well-being. You can tell they love what they do and it shows in their results. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who not only knows his stuff but also treats you as family, look no further. I’m so grateful I found this office! Highly, highly recommend!

About seven months ago, I was in a motorcycle accident and hit my head. It didn’t seem serious at first, so I only saw a chiropractor a few times and honestly didn’t notice much change.
Then things got worse.
The headaches started… then constant shoulder pain … then numbness and weakness all the way down my arms into my hands. Simple things—writing, opening a water bottle—became difficult and frustrating. That’s when I really got scared.
I did my own research, suspected cervical radiculopathy, and that’s how I found Dr. Polucki. I learned he specializes in the cervical spine, which is exactly what I needed.
What stood out to me right away was that he doesn’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. My exam was thorough, and he tailored my care specifically to what was going on in my neck. Along with treatment for the nerve irritation, I also received Instalign Massage™—which was incredible and made a noticeable difference fast.
When I first walked in, I felt frozen by the fear of losing strength in my hands. Today, I can proudly say my hand function is already about 50% better. Every visit feels like we’re chipping away at the problem, and I’m finally getting my life back.

I have been seeing Dr. Polucki since I was a teenager and he has been my lifesaver countless times, I cannot express how grateful I am for his expertise and I have sent dozens of friends and family to him. I like extreme sports and hobbies and Dr. Polucki has been patching me up more than half my life! His adjustments hold really well and seem to help my nervous system make and keep the corrections without using any scary force most chiropractors use.
What he does is called upper cervical chiropractic and it’s extremely rare to find chiros who have sought that extra education, Dr. P is actually a master level in it and able to teach other chiros. I know because I have seen a lot of chiropractors in my life and I always note which techniques they use because I have been on chiropractic care since basically birth. But I knew there had to be a better way than twisting/cracking which caused me pain over time stretching out my ligaments. So once I found Dr. Polucki, I would literally fly in when I was working elsewhere, to see Dr. Polucki. I still schedule trips around visits to make sure I could see him before and after big events and competitions because I feel so incredible after seeing him and he fixes pretty much all the wonky things I wind up doing to myself.
Whenever anything happens, sprains, injuries, slept funny, feeling weak or drained, etc I go see Dr. Polucki right away and I walk out grinning and feeling like a million bucks and that is lasting. I have been bringing my baby to see him since he was four months old and anytime he bonks anything as a toddler. I am so, so grateful to have him nearby not only for me but for my son. There is no other chiropractor in the world I would trust with my child, he doesn’t do any twisting or cracking, his techniques are far more sophisticated than shoving bones into place. He can adjust my son with fingertips and very gentle tools and he is always so great with my kid who loves to go visit him.
I always meet patients in his waiting room who feel the same way, that he has dramatically changed their lives, too. I almost get a little bit emotional because you don’t know how much pain you’ve been living in until he changes your whole world with one adjustment, and you feel so much more incredible than you have before. It’s a completely different level of chiro and I would trust this guy with my life. Whether you have spinal health problems from age, injury, condition, or even just any health matter I almost always see Dr. P first! I will still go see my regular MD when applicable but I would say about 90-95% of the time, seeing Dr. P fixes the issue! Since he has been keeping me in line since I was a teen, I am in pretty great shape considering all the injuries I have had especially!
My main advice is not to wait, I didn’t know I was living in as much pain as I was until I met Dr. P and I wish I had been treated by him my whole life! The less messed up you are the easier it is for your body to hold onto the adjustment so just don’t wait, he can help, he is a life saver very rare and unique doctor, he’s extremely knowledgeable about health and nutrition too. Even if you don’t think anything is wrong with your spine and you just feel kind of blah like something is off and your energy is low, I would STILL see him bc the difference between having your nervous system running efficiently to manage your bones and body - or not - is night and day. I am a huge fan! Thank you Dr. Polucki and Elena and Toni , you all have truly been the most important part of my medical life and I cannot sing your praises enough. Thanks for having my back, Doc!
