Alastair came out for just a check up on my furnace and did a great job. He was on time very friendly and very clean (cleaned up after himself). My young son was interested in watching him and he came out to watched as Alistair worked . Alistair explained everything that he was doing to him. That was an extra kindness on his part. We will be using them again in the spring to check our AC.

It was a big job. Replacing our 25 year old furnace and attached ducting on the roof and throughout the attic. My husband and I were impressed from the first moment we met Bob and his team. The bid details and explanations were thorough and clearly laid out verbally and in writing. The work crew arrived promptly every day and were a delight to be around. By necessity, they were in and out of our home often, always displaying a courteous attitude towards our home and furnishings. I especially enjoyed the camaraderie between the team members and their high levels of expertise. It was a big expense for us but worth every penny. Our system is quieter, more efficient, and clean. We highly recommend this company.

I called for a seasonal check of our equipment before the heat starts and received terrific, fast, reasonably priced service. Everyone there is so nice. We have used them for over 30 years and highly recommend them.

My heater failed to work on Monday morning. I saw Santa Clarita Air on Yelp. They had a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. They answered the phone quickly and was told they could have a technician come out that day by 2:00. Alister, the technician was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the required part for the repair right on the truck and had my heater up & running in about an hour!
It works better now than it has in years! Apparently the part he replaced was on its last leg and was due to fail any time now. Alister was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable and the work was done right the first time. I can recommend Santa Clarita Air for your heating and air conditioning system repairs.
