Technician was very courteous and explained things very well seemed to have fixed the problem with the furnace..
I have known the owner Bob Lucas for 26 years. His service is always been excellent highly recommend and the price is right.

Very happy with my experience with this company. Sam and Alastair came out and were great! Very friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and also discovered the part needed was under warranty. I would recommend Santa Clarita Custom Air to anyone who needs HVAC service in the Santa Clarita area.

Alastair and Sam are exemplary employees from the first greeting at my front to the end of their service work on my AC unit. They greeted me and my disabled son with happy smiles and professionalism. Alastair explained how they planned to diagnose the problem then explained the issues as they worked neatly and cleanly.
I will be referring Santa Clarita Custom Air to friends/family/neighbors.

Santa Clarita custom air has been maintaining our systems for years. Always quick and reasonable. This time I called Saturday and they came Monday morning, fixed the issue and were warm again.

Alastair came out for just a check up on my furnace and did a great job. He was on time very friendly and very clean (cleaned up after himself). My young son was interested in watching him and he came out to watched as Alistair worked . Alistair explained everything that he was doing to him. That was an extra kindness on his part. We will be using them again in the spring to check our AC.
