Reserved a truck for a one way move. The day before my move, I received a call from SCV Party Rental notifying me they did not have the truck available. They offered a much larger truck and advised I would have to return it. My reservation was for one way. I had no plan on returning. I told him that was not acceptable. They could not honor my reservation and then had the nerve to charge me $150 as a “No show”. I called to ask why and the man that answered lied and said I hung up on him without resolving the issue. That didn’t happen. We had an entire conversation about this that he seems to have forgotten about.
Budget did a little investigating and returned my money. I would do business with Budget again, but SCV Party Rental is a no go. Unreliable and dishonest. Steer clear if you do not have a flexible moving date or need a one way rental.

I love how they always answer and they always save my life especially when I’m in need for some supplies last minute. They are very accommodating and that’s why I literally always go to them for any rental needs. They are awesome!! 10/10 recommend.

Jim delivered everything early and picked it up the very next day. Will definitely be renting from them again in my next party!
