I called nail salons around 6 and told me they couldn't squeeze me in because it was too late in the day. This place is awesome and beautiful inside. They took me in at 6 even though they closed at 7. Customers were still walking in, and they did not turn them away just because it was too late. They will stay open after hours if they have to.

I like how Don does my acrylics—he’s very attentive and nice. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff, but my experience so far has been good.
As for pedicures, I’ve had two staff members do a great job on my toes, but don’t book with the older gentleman. I think he might be the grandpa—he’s about 85 years old and does not take feedback well. He wasn’t happy when I asked him to make a correction, and I didn’t like how my pedi turned out. The polish only lasted about four days when it usually lasts three weeks.

I liked my pedicure but the full set in French tip was terrible. They didn’t even last a week and one of my nails fell off on day 4. The acrylic wasn’t covering the whole nail it was chipping and parting from my nail on day 3. The lady was rushing and I’m not sure why because it was me and one other lady. She also wasn’t at all courteous or friendly, and kept filing my skin. The whole time I kept saying in my head I’m never coming back

I had hard gel to be removed and asked for regular manicure. The person who helped me used a nail clipper and a cuticle cutter that wasn't sealed (which raised the question mark if they were ever sanitized).
As it shows in the pictures, my nails are still bumpy and cuticles weren't cleaned properly. At some point, the guy mentioned that he didn't have time to do much and was rushing me through. The question is, if you don't have the time, why do you accept walk ins???
Also, he put two thick nail polish coats immediately after the base coat, and wanted to add the top coat too, which I asked him not to and let the nails to dry.
However, after over 1hour all my nails got messed up because they didn't dry. I called the place to ask for a refund, the lady who answered the phone was so rude and said you either come back for us to fix it or you don't get any money back!!! I understand the fact that most of places want to fix the nails before anything, but I explained that I am going out of town and don't have the time! When I told her, I can always dispute the charge and put a review, she said DO IT AND HUNG UP THE PHONE! 😶
This is for sure the last time I used their services. It is unfortunate how some businesses don't have respect to their customers' time, and money.
