    From the moment you walk in, the entire staff greets you with a warm hello and makes you feel truly welcomed. Amy has been amazing throughout my entire smile journey, she’s helped me every step of the way to get everything in order for my new smile... The whole team has been so accommodating to my needs, even moving things around to make sure my scooter fits comfortably. The dental assistant is always so kind and reassuring, making sure I’m comfortable... from day one. The dentist is extremely thorough, gentle and caring always taking the time to explain what he’s going to do before he does it and making sure there’s no pain and that I’m at ease the entire time. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and I can’t wait to see my brand-new smile!

    Scam! do not go to this dentist. I have paid upfront for a service in February 2025 and have called about 50 times to get a refund. I was told that the staff could not do a refund and the manager would call back the same day yet not once received a call except for the automated text and call service he hired to text and say it was the dentist calling directly(Which it is not). Bottom line is they owe me over $1,200.00. Would appreciate a call back as promised and I will be reporting to the License board as well as the BBB. The DCA Board Shows he has had over 43 different licenses linked and that the Santa Clarita Smile Design has been cancelled effective July 31st 2025. It is now under License number - 39643.

    I came to Smile Design Santa Clarita for dental work and new retainers, and I was greeted by the kindest and most knowledgeable staff! The front desk team is extremely professional—I especially appreciate Yannara and Jacky for their punctual appointment reminders, which help me a lot since I sometimes forget. When it came time for my dental work, the experience was nothing short of perfect. Dental assistants Mayra, Jaime, Lidia and Dr. Flores were absolutely wonderful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. If you need any dental work done, I highly recommend this office. Thank you all!

    Over three years ago, my insurance company assigned me to this office. However, I have encountered numerous issues with their services. Firstly, the staff is unprofessional and lacks accountability for their actions. They have employed three different dentists, each providing a different experience. Despite receiving approval for a crown, they failed to contact me for further instructions. Consequently, they ceased accepting my insurance. Despite these problems, they performed two procedures on my teeth. One was a crown, and the other was a root canal. Unfortunately, the root canal was not completed, and a temporary filling was placed instead. This issue has persisted for approximately five months, causing pain and the eventual loss of the filling. Additionally, my crown broke on the opposite side of the month. Despite their refusal to accept my insurance, I returned to the office, expecting them to rectify the previous mistakes. However, they only temporarily cemented the crown and neglected to address the pain in my other tooth. Furthermore, they charged me $65 for the office visit. Anna informed me that I am free to seek treatment elsewhere if I am dissatisfied with their services. In conclusion, I am experiencing significant pain and discomfort due to the negligence of the dental professionals at this office. The lack of accountability and the failure to address the root canal issue have resulted in a situation that requires immediate attention. Update: The crown dislodged once more yesterday, despite only 24 hours having elapsed since its temporary cementation. I am deeply dissatisfied with the situation. It is their responsibility to rectify the issue. Initially, they billed my insurance company for the work, but the execution was subpar. Regardless of whether I cease using my insurance, the dental professional should address the mistakes made during the previous procedure. Instead, he recommended that I remove all teeth in my mouth and replace it with a new ones. However, this solution does not address the underlying problem that caused the initial issue
