I highly doubt I’ll be visiting this Starbucks again. One employee has consistently been unwelcoming and unfriendly (Taylor)! Whenever I visit while she’s on shift, my drinks are often made incorrectly, even though they have a label detailing my preferences. To top it off she gets upset that I have to tell her to remake it because she continues to make mistakes. When I finally decided to bring it to her attention as to why this keeps happening, she rudely responded, “If you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else.” Unfortunately, this is the most convenient Starbucks for me. Since she started working there, my drinks have been poorly made, and the atmosphere has become less inviting, not to mention my mobile orders are never ready when I arrive. Apparently she’s the manager! Doesn’t deserve that position. She looks like she hates her job! We need Joel back and the rest of the crew! The prior employees were always kind and actually took the time to inquire about my day. I contacted Starbucks, but I highly doubt these issues will get addressed.

I am very disappointed. I have been a regular ordering a personal cup. This Starbucks is not very good in service. The service of both employees was lacking. Firstly, she refused to clean my cup. Then, when I came back, there was a paper cup with my coffee, as I don't like the toxins released into the coffee from the cup. He was upset and short cup me about my drink.4.65

Truly the loveliest drive through customer service experience with Marcie. She was kind enough to cover for teammates who were concerned about their homes during the fires. This location also offered complementary beverages to first responders.

Everyone should experience a kind and beautiful morning with Avery at this location, she has a genuine kind spirit and she’s a great barista with a loving way of treating customers. I was so distracted by my own thoughts and her kindness this morning just changed my mood! Thank you Avery, hope you have a wonderful day! 💕💕

Ever since this place was "upgraded," it really has felt like a letdown. The customer service is probably the only thing keeping this place alive. My biggest complaint is that these composite cups make the coffee taste like paper. 🤢 And they only offer drive thru. They took away the dine in option. You can order from a walk-up window if you want to freeze to death waiting on your order.
