Mia Rose, Eric, and Grayson were so nice and fun. They were very attentive and efficient from when we first walked in to when we were leaving. Super friendly and both welcomed us when we entered and wished us well as we left. Highly recommend this store. Inside of store was also VERY tidy, organized and easy to navigate.

My Carmel Frappuccino had little flavor and way too sweet. Not enough espresso. Who has time to go back to have it fixed?

I've been to this place a couple of times already, and they never seem to get my food right. It's either the wrong size of coffee, missing food, or completely wrong items! I can't trust them to make my food correctly.

There's a very clear difference between this Starbucks, and every starbucks in the SF valley-LA that I've been to. It was clean, fast, and nicely organized. They give you access to wall outlets, no locks on the bathrooms (talk about rare), and several tables laid out with a huge variety of cups/mugs to buy. Staff was kind and remembered my name by my second order. What more can you ask for.

This is a great location and I’m super happy that they have a drive through now, but I can’t remember the last time they got my order right. I’m a very good tipper because I worked for tips a large portion of my life but I don’t feel like tipping when I pay for something that I don’t get. I shouldn’t have to ask for caramel drizzle or caramel crunchies on my caramel ribbon crunch especially when I pay for extra, but they forget every single time. Or ordering a hot white chocolate and getting regular cocoa. I use the mobile app a lot and the tickets are always printed out right but it’s like no one bothers to read them, whether they are busy or not. Get it together people, it’s your wallet that’s suffering.
