Unfortunately, this Starbucks location consistently disappoints. The drive-thru staff is often rude and short with me, even when I’m being polite and patient. I always try to be kind, I never raise my voice or get upset, but it feels like they’re already irritated with me before I even finish my order.
On top of that, the drinks are rarely made correctly compared to other Starbucks nearby. Whether it’s the taste, temperature, or ingredients, there always seems to be something off. It’s frustrating when you’re paying premium prices and can’t rely on the quality or the service.
I keep hoping it’ll improve, but it’s been a repeated issue. I really hope management takes this seriously both customer service and drink quality need attention here.

My review has nothing to do with the service provided. The employees are great. This is about the recent changes with the lids of hot drinks specially. They are useless. All the coffee spills everywhere. You can't drive if it's full. Please look for a better option. Thank you! I had to put the stickers from the food and still it spilled all over.

Quick, courteous service. No wait for my yummy flat white on a Tuesday morning around 10 AM (which is probably to be expected). Decent seating with a long table in the middle, high tables in the middle, and benched seating (with outlets) around one of the corners. Bright, roomy space that will likely be one of my go-tos when I need to get out of the house and get some work done.

Updating about this Starbucks the first Starbucks ever to give me cold bagels for breakfast you know why?? Because everyone knows breakfast bagel must be warmed and toasted I opened bagel and it's freezing cold. Anyway no one cares I guess because they never replied for previous ratings and reviews shame really they don't monitor. And I took a picture to show you if bagel was toast crusted must show but it's not so proof I'm not making this up they are not doing their job correctly
