I ordered two hot coffees and when I held them they felt light. I checked and saw that they didn’t fill it all the way. I also had to ask for the cover so I wouldn’t burn my finger tips. I’m hoping this was a one time thing. I’ve never had a problem before with this Starbucks

Seriously, you guys charge a lot, and for what, a cup full of ice and just a small amount of coffee. This is horrible and even if you ask for light ice, with the new cups you can't even see if they even did that and on top of that with the price we pay you'd think they would think about the customer and their coffee not just give a cup of ice chips with a half cup of Java....seriously starbucks get it together.

Great experience this morning, was helped by Jenna or Jenny. I know is Starbucks new policy to make their employees be welcoming and give that neighborhood cafe feel (shame on corporate for making them do that). But the crowd at this location seems genuinely pleasant.
Not feeling the remodel. Not enough places to sit and enjoy your inside, but I get it, in and out is the name of the game.

I always us the app. I was in the parking lot already when I finally put my order in. At that moment I decided to wait a few minutes, but when I walked in my food was already ready. To my surprise, I found my sandwich ready to go and my latte ready to be drank. The flavor on my latte is delicious. The Gouda sandwich is amazing. I'm particular and rarely eat breakfast, but this is a must. Service was outstanding. I was greeted when I walked in and when i mentioned i pre-ordered they asked me if there is anything else I may need. Overall a fantastic experience.

Went in to kill time while my cars oil got changed up the road. The barista who took my order complimented my nails, I thanked her and told her they're my wedding set as I'm getting married tomorrow. When she called for my order, she told me congrats and I said thank you again. When I got home, I saw they wrote "good luck & congrats! ❤️❤️❤️" on my cup and I almost started crying! Thank you to the lovely barista who made my day with their kindness. So sorry I didn't notice until I got home, but you truly made me feel very special with just a tiny detail :)
