I’ll keep this general and start by saying I buy coffee here religiously every morning at around the same time window and the employees here get my order right about 80% of the time. I commute to work via public transportation so when my order is late, or in this case, made incorrectly, I have to decide if I want to be late to work and point it out to the employees or bite the bullet.
Because I value my job, I usually let it go and hope they get it right next time but truthfully today the line was crossed for me because it’s just been one too many times.
Today, was one of those days. I am a very passive person and I understand the room for error, but I was served black coffee when I paid for coconut milk and for non-dairy cold foam.At the risk of being repetitive , I come in every single morning in hopes the employees will understand I truly want to love being a Starbucks regular and would appreciate the basic respect in accuracy for my order and getting what I pay for. I ordered two hot coffees and when I held them they felt light. I checked and saw that they didn’t fill it all the way. I also had to ask for the cover so I wouldn’t burn my finger tips. I’m hoping this was a one time thing. I’ve never had a problem before with this Starbucks

I mostly use drive-thru. They are very fast & friendly. Never had a bad Flavored hot latte, or frappuccino. My favorite this time of year is Chestnut Praline hot latte w/whip cream. My favorite Frappuccino is White Mocha. Enjoy! I do!

Seriously, you guys charge a lot, and for what, a cup full of ice and just a small amount of coffee. This is horrible and even if you ask for light ice, with the new cups you can't even see if they even did that and on top of that with the price we pay you'd think they would think about the customer and their coffee not just give a cup of ice chips with a half cup of Java....seriously starbucks get it together.

The store has a new feeling from a recent remodel. We have noticed a growing trend towards less seating and space for folks to vogregate inside the store. Perhaps StarBucks is moving away from it's third place concept?
