We stayed almost a week. The staff was really nice. The room was clean and decent. The bedding was weird as they used a flat sheet for the fitted sheet so my kids pulled that off every night just sleeping. The bed was very comfortable. Hot tub jets were very strong so that was nice. The pool was cold and refreshing, kids (age 16 and 10) loved it. The whole place has laminate flooring so that was nice because there were no weird smells from some old carpet like most hotels. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The literal definition of a continental breakfast; packaged danishes, bananas, small apples, bread for toast with butter and jelly, granola bars, individually wrapped Madeline cookies from Costco, orange juice, and coffee. But grab and go only as it was just a counter of the above items every day. The parking does suck as the parking lot is very small. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Misleading Advertising & Poor Conditions – Room 242
I stayed in room 242 and honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They advertise a free breakfast, but it turned out to just be a few random packaged snacks no waffles, no pancakes, nothing hot or fresh. It felt really misleading, especially when you’re expecting an actual breakfast as part of your stay.
The condition of the room was disappointing. The bathtub floor was cracked and looked dirty, and the walls had stains and marks all over them. The walls were also very thin I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. They claim the beds are kings, but I’m almost certain mine was a queen. On the bright side, the bed was surprisingly very comfortable.
Parking was super tight and crammed, which made it stressful to come and go. Also, the hallways had a strange, unpleasant smell that made the whole place feel less clean. Between the misleading amenities and poor room conditions, I wouldn’t stay here again.

on the website they said that they had breakfast, however, the only breakfast they had were bread slices and some coffee. Their orange juice tasted like water for some reason. They don't have a trash can in the toilet inside the room. after taking a shower everywhere gets wet, their coffee options are very limited. The pool itself was so dirty it felt like they did not clean since decades. The air conditioner was so loud and it felt like there's a construction happening inside the room.

I would like to first say how wonderful Tracey, Andrea Hemant were to me during my 6 day stay. I planned on one night and it turned into almost a week. I had to change rooms due to my own non sense but they were very accommodating. I had left my charger and the cleaning staff saved it for me nearly 2 days later after I finally noticed I needed it and she knew exactly where she had stored it away. I locked myself out at 4am and somehow locked the lock that is inside and is there to keep others out. Andrea amd Hemant had to use some tool and not to mention Hemant was asleep at his home and was woken up to rescue me. I ended up with the Flu and Tracey helped me with toast in the morning. They seriously went above and beyond and I will always recommend this place over any other in SCV. I was in the worst spot in my life and they made it a little easier to get through. Sometimes people don’t know how their smile can truly make or break you some days. Thank you all so much for being here for me when I truly felt all alone and scared for my next chapter in life. Heamant smile made me feel
So welcome and I just thought the world should know this staff saved my life without knowing it.

Story time:
I book the room for 2 nights in the afternoon the day of the reservation. I let them know while I am booking that I will be there at 1-2 am due to my flight travels. I arrive and there was no one there. I called twice while waiting. No one answered & no one came to the front desk. I had to sleep in my car.
I then return to the front desk the following evening to discuss the booking. Here is where the customer service was beyond horrible. The woman was arguing with me about what happened. She had no compassion & made the situation an ordeal.
Rather than keeping the reservation for the 2nd night, I cancelled due to the way she handled the situation. She could truly benefit from a workshop on customer service. A person paying over $100 a night should be spoken to more respectfully. I then drove over to the neighboring hotel who greeted me like they actually care about a person’s experience.
I will not support a business that makes things stressful unnecessarily.
