Carlos and team were amazing to work with ! Carlos came in with clear years of experience. Helped us manage what updates we should do to help the house sell faster . He assisted heavily on maintaining deadlines with the contractors and took so much pressure off of us . After the remodel he took over everything and got the house sold within days and escrowed closed in 23 days ! Extremely professional and took over so much of the stress and worry on selling the house.
We are so happy with his work ethic and standards . The little details mattered and it made the whole process smooth and easy.
