This place is going downhill… the customer service is bad. I used to get a lot of clothing dry clean here but not anymore. The last time I was there, my clothes did not look pressed and there’s still a lot of wrinkles. It’s a shame because I used to like going here. I am going to another dry cleaner place that actually cares about their customers.
I do NOT recommend this place. Don’t waste your money here!

I picked up my clothes and they were covered white residue on black clothing. I requested to pay for the clean clothes and pay for the dirty clothes separately once they were re-done. The young lady told me that I had to pay for everything in full even though most of my clothes were not in good condition. I didn’t think it was fair that I had to pay for something that wasn’t ready. I had to wait several days to have them redone. I brought this up to the owner and she was very argumentative and did not seem to care and refused to take accountability, even though the quality of work was poor.
