From our first call, he took the time to understand our budget, must-haves, and don’ts, and then shared home recommendations that were genuinely curated to us, not generic.
Josh worked incredibly hard. We toured 30+ homes over three weekend days, and he consistently brought energy, patience, and clarity. During walkthroughs, his expertise really stood out. He pointed out things we would have missed, explained what was a big deal versus minor, and connected us with helpful contacts for potential fixes.
He also partnered seamlessly with our loan officer and escrow, which made the entire process feel organized and manageable.
