Joshua Sinatra is an outstanding realtor to work with. Purchasing a home, especially for the first time, can be a big obstacle and overwhelming task. Josh made it such a seamless process. I cannot say enough amazing things about him as a realtor and how much he helped us. From creating a list of homes with all of our “non-negotiables” and preferences, to mapping out an entire day of homes to view multiple times, to helping us find the perfect home for us and making the escrow process more than bearable, Josh was extremely personable and helpful. He guided us through every step with kindness, knowledge and patience. He always was a step ahead and made sure everything was timely while answering our endless questions with thorough explanations. He always replied to us promptly and was quick to answer any phone call. For example, his family welcomed a newborn baby into the world during our escrow process, and during the holidays I might add, and he never skipped a beat.
Josh was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about everything regarding the housing market and escrow process as well as much more. He answered many questions regarding home construction, maintenance and recommendations for remodeling our home. Josh was truly the best realtor we could have asked for. We cannot recommend him enough. He is an excellent communicator and kept us updated and informed at every step. From our first call, he took the time to understand our budget, must-haves, and don’ts, and then shared home recommendations that were genuinely curated to us, not generic.
Josh worked incredibly hard. We toured 30+ homes over three weekend days, and he consistently brought energy, patience, and clarity. During walkthroughs, his expertise really stood out. He pointed out things we would have missed, explained what was a big deal versus minor, and connected us with helpful contacts for potential fixes.
He also partnered seamlessly with our loan officer and escrow, which made the entire process feel organized and manageable. Most importantly, he made the biggest purchase of our lives feel confident and doable. Even after closing, Josh continued to help and support us, which says everything about the kind of person he is.
