They are fast and efficient. I thought with 2 people in front of time I had time to pull up my shipment's QR code on my phone - but I was at the register before I was ready! Still, the lady was very friendly, quickly switching to doing something else while I pulled up my info. I'll definitely be back!

If I could give this store 0 stars I most definitely would. I came here to return packages and asked for assistance in doing so. I needed to print a few labels but for some reason my phone wasn’t loading. I went to my car, sent the emails, walked back into the store and asked if they received them, they said no. I went back to my car and sent the labels four more times to assure they would receive them by now. I called and they said they still hadn’t received my labels and to go to FEDEX to send out my stuff instead. I’ve never been to FEDEX so I had no idea they don’t accept certain return items. I called the store back to ask if they had received anything yet and why they would send me somewhere else with false information. The proceeded to tell me that the fact that I can not print my labels is not their problem and hung up on me. Very rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional.
**Adding to my review after I tried calling in to speak to a manager. The individual that gave the horrible service screened my calls and proceeded to answer the phone and hang up on me. At first I thought it was an accident so I tried calling back a few more times but nope it kept happening. Absolutely disgusting behavior towards a customer.

Missed a delivery with a signature required package, UPS dropped of at this store for pick up. The package had an error in the name of the recipient. I had all the necessary proof the package belonged to me. The guy at the counter was unnecessary aggressive in letting me know I will not be receiving my package and he is not releasing it. All the while I asking him how to resolve the issue to no avail. Hopefully they can get better help and training for these employees. A little explanation and courtesy would go a long ways. Also, understanding that there are frequent errors in the names and addresses. I resolved it by setting up a redelivery online for the next day. Good thing it's not a time sensitive package.

I have been shipping through this location for 5 years now. I am beyond impressed with the staff and management - they are knowledgeable, caring and quick. Level of their service honestly makes me want to use UPS for most of my shippings.

Was told two times that the Notary was there till five. Another customer was in the lobby with the same situation. They said to both of us that the notary was done for the day (4 o’clock). I had already been in once that day and the notary was at lunch and they told me to come in after 2. Both times I went in the employees were sitting down relaxing and couldn’t be bothered to help us and were rude. Don’t bother coming into this store.
