The lady who helped me at the Newhall store was very exact in explaining the procedure and made everything easy.

Matt and Jose went beyond your typical employee service. When UPS stated they delivered my package to their address but it was no where to be found they both instantly jumped into action to get to the bottom of it. This had happened three times before and the vendors are who ate the cost and reshaped my new merchandise. I had shipped to three different addresses to try to get my merchandise delivered properly. This is why I sent it to the UPS store thinking it would be easier. These employees diligently worked on getting the delivery address. Only to find out that the drive changed the name and address. It was ten miles away. I drove to the address and was able to get all my missing packages. They were amazing. Even though Matt and Jose both told me they didn’t recommend for me to try and retrieve the packages due to safety concerns, I still went. I’m a stubborn bonehead and went anyway. I got lucky it could have not turned out so well.

The employees are very efficient, helpful and patient. Mike, the owner, went above and beyond to help me with returning some rugs to a vendor on Amazon and he did it with good humor, efficiency, patience and kindness.

2nd worst delivery after usps. It's a joke. Keep changing dates, packages never arrive. Even if map shows the truck next door, going a big circle and when almost here again, pushed to next day. Jesus.
Store in person is 5* btw.
