Best store ever! They really went above and beyond to help me with my challenging package. Customer service is excellent, very professional, polite, helpful.

I like this store. Very organized & efficient. Employees are polite. The parking is a mess. I'm surprised at the poor reviews. I've almost always had a pleasant experience when dropping off packages.

Typical UPS store except its quite small. Normally, not a problem but when they are crowded like they were today it is. I was standing in the doorway entrance for a minute. Also, parking can be challenging but that is an issue with the strip mall the store is in generally. Friendly staff.

The staff is always patient, kind, & extremely helpful. The store is clean & very organized. Even when they are busy, they work quickly & greet customers & work quickly to get the line moving without compromising customer service.
