Definitely agree with the other 1-star reviews for this place. I brought a simple/small package here to ship out to another CA address. The employee quoted me $19.58 for basic ground. I told her I also needed signature confirmation. She then quoted me a price of $32 (and change). I was a surprised at the huge price jump and said, "Wait... signature confirmation costs $12?" The employee responded with, "I don't know. I don't see individual prices on the screen. Only the total." To which I asked, "You don't know how much signature confirmation costs?" And she said no. A little shocked, but not wanting to hold up the line, I said, "Okay well let's just ship it without the signature then." She cancelled the transaction and started over. This time she quoted me $17.80 to ship it. I laughed a bit and said, "Wait, did you enter the same information? Why is it suddenly $2 cheaper?" And she told me, "No clue. The prices change constantly." I looked over at the line of people and several were chuckling and shaking their heads at that statement. I went ahead and shipped my item - but I'm definitely not going to be coming to this place anymore. I'll just print my own shipping labels at home from now on and avoid this super sketchy business altogether.

They are fast and efficient. I thought with 2 people in front of time I had time to pull up my shipment's QR code on my phone - but I was at the register before I was ready! Still, the lady was very friendly, quickly switching to doing something else while I pulled up my info. I'll definitely be back!

If I could give this store 0 stars I most definitely would. I came here to return packages and asked for assistance in doing so. I needed to print a few labels but for some reason my phone wasn’t loading. I went to my car, sent the emails, walked back into the store and asked if they received them, they said no. I went back to my car and sent the labels four more times to assure they would receive them by now. I called and they said they still hadn’t received my labels and to go to FEDEX to send out my stuff instead. I’ve never been to FEDEX so I had no idea they don’t accept certain return items. I called the store back to ask if they had received anything yet and why they would send me somewhere else with false information. The proceeded to tell me that the fact that I can not print my labels is not their problem and hung up on me. Very rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional.
**Adding to my review after I tried calling in to speak to a manager. The individual that gave the horrible service screened my calls and proceeded to answer the phone and hang up on me. At first I thought it was an accident so I tried calling back a few more times but nope it kept happening. Absolutely disgusting behavior towards a customer.

They packaged a monitor. It arrived damaged. Unbelievable. $50 for packaging. $100 for shipping. A $600 monitor.
Edit: I emailed as they requested. Told me via email they couldn't do anything with my claim.

Great staff and service. Very important partner for my business. We get our mail, packages, Amazon, all delivered here. Plus, packing and shipping for customers. Frankly, they should be charging me more.
