Triple S Plumbing was outstanding from start to finish. They showed up right on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and had my shower unclogged in no time. Everything was done professionally and perfectly the first time. Fast, efficient, and respectful of my home — I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with them. They installed my Moen Flo system. Vik wad the tech. Super nice guy. He told me I needed to replace my pressure regulator first. He wad correct. I had noticed my water pressure had increased recently.
I did have another plumber quote me for the work. Triple S still came in lower.
I plan to use them for future plumbing needs.
Again, very happy with then and especially Vik.

Our technician quickly understood the plumbing problem with our sink and fixed it in less than an hour. He was friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions.

I called at 2pm on a Monday and spoke with Kyle. I had a toilet that would not stop leaking into the bowl. The next day Isaac came over at noon and replaced the valve and flapper. I called around and many other places either charged 30% more or didn’t have availability until 3-4 days out. I have saved Triple S into my phone book as my new go-to plumbers. Thanks guys!

This company was dispatched by First Home Warranty. The guy that came out to fix my garbage disposal seemed nice but apparently was completely incompetent and/or a liar! He told me that he wanted to check with the warranty company to see if they would cover a replacement & would get back to me. That same night I was washing dishes in the sink by hand and I realize there's water pouring out from under my sink!
I immediately stopped and called them. I tried they're emergency line but it still went to voicemail. I left a message and nothing! They never contacted me back after trying to reach them several times.
I finally go online to check the claim status & it's marked as closed - completed coverage denied. I contacted the Warranty company again & explained the situation. They told me the plumber claimed that there was a piece of metal in the sink & when I asked the plumber what he thought was wrong while he was here, he never said anything about metal in the disposal. I told First American I wanted a second opinion because this guy was incompetent. Then I start researching and I find all of these complaints, especially if they were sent out by a Home Warranty company.
Do NOT use these guys! Ask for someone else if your Warranty Co is sending them out. They're very unprofessional!
