Great customer service by the service reps. However, with less than 21k miles I’ve taken a 2022 M. Benz EQS 450 around 15 or 20times for different issues. The most annoying is the entire screen going dark when ur driving and loosing all your settings, etc. I picked up the car Friday eve., didn’t drive it Saturday but on Sunday at 9:30 am the same issue again. Nothing was fixed even after updates were uploaded again. At 4k miles approximately the vehicle stalled COMPLETELY in the middle of the street. The dealer sent a flat bed truck to tow it. Luckily I was in a residential street and not in busy street or fwy. This is a very expensive car at least to my pocket and it has been very painful. It seems it cannot be repaired. Also the salesman Fabio was supposed to call me after the sale to pick up n install a front license plate frame. After a year a talked to him about it. He ignored my request and I ended it buying for around $200 +.
There’s also issues with the APP disconnecting completely with the car. They have a gentleman “Henry” supposed to help drivers with the APP and other issues. However, when sending a text or voice message; he responds days later or DOES NOT at all.
Last but never the least, 3 times I’ve not been provided with a loaner after leaving the vehicle. Leaving me to take rides from workers, family members or Uber / Lyft rides.🥵

Highest recommendation for this outstanding service department! I was traveling from out of town about 100 miles away and my suspension gave out early evening. I called to see if they had a loaner vehicle and could take my car. Unbelievably the answer was yes to everything. I was there in 10 minutes, out with a gorgeous black Mercedes EV! Derek and Jeremy helped me this day but everyone in this department were so professional, capable and friendly! I was swiftly out and safely home later that night and quite enjoyed the ride this being my 1st experience driving an electric vehicle. It felt like I was on a vacation! Next day my car was ready by 2:00 and fully covered by the extended warranty which they looked up and verified. The last 2 times I had my suspension fixed on my other Mercedes took a week to 2 weeks at another dealership. At my request they graciously allowed me to keep the loaner vehicle an extra 4 days at no extra charge. Upon my return the car was clean and perfect and I was In and out in less than 7 minutes! I will drive the 100 miles from now on to go specifically to this Valencia Mercedes service department as they are best of 5 California locations I have been to in 15 years! My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner! Service at its finest! Thank you!

Layla was super friendly and helpful with my purchase. We were able to test drive the car we wanted within minutes of getting there and the rest of the process went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was super straightforward and didn’t have us going back and forth between numbers. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dealer.
