I recently brought in my 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Van for an oil change and full service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team here in Valencia provided absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish.
The staff treated me with genuine care and respect, and the mechanics did an exceptional job — truly professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. My Sprinter runs perfectly thanks to their excellent work.
I only trust this Mercedes dealership with my vehicle, and every visit reminds me why. They consistently deliver top-quality service and make the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Valencia Mercedes-Benz dealership while bringing my Mercedes van in for repair. Unfortunately, the issues started the moment I interacted with the service advisor Jeremy Terena at the front desk. I was met with poor communication, a dismissive attitude, and a general lack of professionalism.
Throughout the service process, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was given unclear or inconsistent information about the repair.
The experience did not improve when I picked up my vehicle. The drop-off process was just as frustrating, leaving me feeling rushed and undervalued as a customer.
The drop-off driver left the van running while I was approximately 100 feet away and walked off without ensuring that I had taken possession of the van. Additionally, there were smudged oil stains all around the hood which could've been prevented by simply using a fender cover. This was a work van but I will definitely avoid taking my sedan to this dealership.
For a brand like Mercedes-Benz, I expected a much higher level of customer service and attention to detail.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both communication and customer service, because this visit fell far below the standards I associate with the Mercedes-Benz name.

This was my best experience at a Car Dealer Ship by far.
I went in introduced myself, Charlie Connected me with a Sprinter specialist; Ethan the Man, who actually knows everything there is to know about that vehicle in specific. They didn’t waste anytime at all, I was in and out of the Dealership in less than 2 hours. This is the Place to be if you value your time and money.

Had an excellent experience with the Valencia crew. To be fair, all of the dealers in the area were beyond courteous, but the treatment here was top notch. ALL of the dealerships were busy, which was nice to see, and this one no different, so we ended up working with a large number of their team members throughout the process. All professional, personable, good people. Seemed to have your best interest at heart. I will recommend this location in the future. Also, Ethan did my initial test drive of the car with me and man does he know his stuff. Cheers
