Let me start by saying I got an AMAZING deal on my 2026 c43
But, the dealership could have done a few things better.
I waited 1 week to complete this survey specifically to see if they will follow up with me. 1 week has past and I have no follow up.
I started my car purchase journey with Leila. She provided information and pricing. She eventually transferred me to a manager Kaz to solidify the deal via chat. I was satisfied with pricing.
I walked into the dealership on 2/22 to finalize the deal. Leila was busy and passed me off to ARA. Ara was GREAT. He showed me the car and did the test drive. Helped complete the paperwork. Finance guy was also very informative.
After all paperwork was completed the car was ready for me to drive away. Clean and gassed up. Thank you!! Leila put my temp plate on the car and that was it. Nobody bothered showing me anything about the car. Didn’t ask if I had any questions or needed any settings placed.
Also, I was signed up for Mercedes connect WITHOUT my knowledge. I did not want this, but it was too late since they did it for me.
I did ask for a keychain at the end of the deal and I was promised I would get two. I sent 2 follow up text to Leila and still no reply or keychain.
Everyone was very nice for the most part, but since the deal was in my favor, I guess the dealership chose to not give me excellent attention. I’m sure if they made more money I would have been treated a bit better.

I got 14% OFF the msrp of a 2026 c43 plus the $2000 conquest offer. Most importantly they took off the garbage add ons they claim is on the car.

I went in introduced myself, Charlie Connected me with a Sprinter specialist; Ethan the Man, who actually knows everything there is to know about that vehicle in specific. They didn’t waste anytime at all, I was in and out of the Dealership in less than 2 hours. This is the Place to be if you value your time and money.
