I was told when I had a serious ailment by one of the doctors, Doctor Brown, that I just needed to clean surfaces. When the problem persisted, I spoke with another doctor about the situation, and upon further testing, we found that I had E-Coli, and that I was lucky to have gone in when I did. The staff however make up for this experience. They're always kind, helpful, and very sweet. When having a panic attack while having blood drawn, the nurses were comforting. :)

The history that surrounds you in the waiting room is pretty cool. So far the doctors are good too. It's also a lot nicer since they joined UCLA Health... a lot more in contract specialities.

This is the worst place on earth, if you want to get in you have to go to another planet. I’ve used it once in 12 years and that was 4 years ago & it took 2 weeks to get a appointment. I tried 2 weeks ago got a appointment for the Monday of the week of the 4th, I didn’t have my card but a picture of it. “ Nope, you must have your card in your hand” what!? What’s the difference there’s no bar code to swipe. Today called nope we are all booked till Thursday. I have to wait 4 days. Never mind. Hey UCLA if you don’t want anyone to use the system just say we would like you never to use it. Go somewhere else.

Staff was good, but the doc I saw was mean, and really didn’t want to listen to me. Felt like she got mad that I’d even suggest what maybe ailment. No Help today. Nurse rocked and was friendly.

The quality of care is far superior to other areas and other states. I've always received the best! No matter the doctor or NP, the guys are great.
