I had such an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to one of the employees, Shafi! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patient in answering all my questions, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.
What really stood out was how genuine and personable he was — he didn’t just try to sell me things, he actually listened to what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations that worked perfectly for me. I left the store feeling confident, happy with my purchases, and truly taken care of.
Huge thanks to Shafi for turning a regular shopping trip into such a positive experience. Ulta is lucky to have someone like him representing the brand!

Got my hair done by Andrea and she did an amazing job! She got me exactly what I wanted and I love my new hair style! I went with partial highlights and so happy with Andrea and how she did them! I appreciate that they have a set price and won’t sneak in anything additional without letting you know first. Definitely will be coming back! Thanks Andrea!

Been hopping store to store to find a specific gift for my sister. I almost gave up but thankfully Maddy helped me find just what I was looking for!! Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to get it in time!! thank you SO much!!

Placed an order for pick up a day before my vacation, received confirmation saying order is being worked on and will be ready soon. Headed over to the store and parked in front waiting for notification. Noticed an employee lock the door as I was approaching since I noticed closing time and hadn’t received a new notice. I got her attention and she just waved, showed her my order from the door as she was ringing up a customer, still within time for me to get what I needed, as she opened the locked door for the customer I explained my situation being that I parked at their pick area for over 20 minutes and she still refused to help me! Customer service no longer exists! So disappointing!! This is the Santa Clarita store
