Got my hair done by Andrea and she did an amazing job! She got me exactly what I wanted and I love my new hair style! I went with partial highlights and so happy with Andrea and how she did them! I appreciate that they have a set price and won’t sneak in anything additional without letting you know first. Definitely will be coming back! Thanks Andrea!

This place is a hot mess...
The only reason why I go there is because I get my hair done and I see Jessie...she is great. She is friendly, a great hairstylist and always making me feel good. Give her a raise!
The reason why I am putting the two stars...its because its hot in the salon! I was there and it says the salon is 80 degrees...that is crazy! Especially when blow dryers are going and the salon is crowded....FIX YOUR AC!!!!! Who wants to get there hair done or even as a stylist to work there when all you are doing is sweating...fix your AC!!!

Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly. I am still new to all things cosmetic so having Mia help find great products that are easy to use and perfect for my unique complexion and style was extremely reassuring. While trying out the products, she carefully cleaned and sanitized everything. Also Jacquline was helpful at checkout. She helped place a store to door order and helped answer all questions.

Echoing other reviewers’ dissatisfaction with recent customer service at this Santa Clarita location. While I understand the need to enforce corporate policy, exchanging makeup shouldn’t feel like going to the police. Sometimes the inflexibility doesn’t have to do with rules, so much as the mood of whoever is working and supervising the counter. And even still, there are ways of both enforcing policy while also being flexible and finding ways to make a future purchase better or discounted! — I went to another Ulta location a few days later and had a totally different experience just by virtue of the competence, flexibility, and kindness displayed by the rep & management. Note: it is more rewarding to be kind and helpful esp. to loyal clients. The goal should be keeping customers coming back and buying more, not acting like bosses on a power trip!

I’m not sure if that’s actually the way you spell his name But he has glasses and he was an older gentleman since I walked in he asked me if I needed any help with anything or questions very attentive and he helped me with perfume swatches and recommended me the best 100/100 definitely needs a raise !!! 🫶🏼 thank you sir! + girl at front register was also very kind and quick with purchase
