Got my hair done by Andrea and she did an amazing job! She got me exactly what I wanted and I love my new hair style! I went with partial highlights and so happy with Andrea and how she did them! Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly. I am still new to all things cosmetic so having Mia help find great products that are easy to use and perfect for my unique complexion and style was extremely reassuring. While trying out the products, she carefully cleaned and sanitized everything. Also Jacquline was helpful at checkout. She helped place a store to door order and helped answer all questions.

1st time experience shopping super lovely. The manager Ms. Corina help me to find the items needed super kind and patience to find the items I need. Her staff is very polite wonderful young ladies Natalia, Rylie, Lauren. All helped me answers my questions and had lovely perfumes. Great experience highly recommend to come there for your beauty needs and advices. 5 🌟's.

Echoing other reviewers’ dissatisfaction with recent customer service at this Santa Clarita location. While I understand the need to enforce corporate policy, exchanging makeup shouldn’t feel like going to the police. Sometimes the inflexibility doesn’t have to do with rules, so much as the mood of whoever is working and supervising the counter. And even still, there are ways of both enforcing policy while also being flexible and finding ways to make a future purchase better or discounted! — I went to another Ulta location a few days later and had a totally different experience just by virtue of the competence, flexibility, and kindness displayed by the rep & management. Note: it is more rewarding to be kind and helpful esp. to loyal clients. The goal should be keeping customers coming back and buying more, not acting like bosses on a power trip!

I’ve been shopping at this Ulta for the last four years and I decided I wouldn’t be returning. There are a handful of nice, helpful, and pleasant employees. I am always grateful when I interact with them. HOWEVER, I have met some outright nasty people here. You would think that in a role where you deal with customers you would be helpful and kind. Nope. They are short with you, impatient, and treat you like a nuisance. Even doing an online pick up order is a head ache here. Sad to say cause I’ve been an Ulta shopper since high school but this is enough to make me switch to Sephora.
