I had such an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to one of the employees, Shafi! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patient in answering all my questions, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.
What really stood out was how genuine and personable he was — he didn’t just try to sell me things, he actually listened to what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations that worked perfectly for me. I left the store feeling confident, happy with my purchases, and truly taken care of.
Huge thanks to Shafi for turning a regular shopping trip into such a positive experience. Ulta is lucky to have someone like him representing the brand!

This Ulta pretty much always has what I need, and when I can’t find it, Shafi is THE guy to go to. He’s always been one of the first to offer assistance, and he has the most amazing talent for finding exactly the scent profiles you don’t even know you’re looking for ✨ Until next time ~ !

Shafi made my night! He was so helpful and kind to me. I came in tonight during the Black Friday craziness without realizing it was Black Friday! It was overwhelming with all the people, but shafi made sure everyone around me was helped, heard, and seen. He also convinced me to come back and get the Giorgio Armani perfume!! I came in to get my sister in laws gift, and left with a friend as well. Will be coming back to this specific store just to hopefully be helped by Shafi! Everyone was nice and doing their best to get the line going, they were also very helpful, and in good spirits!!

After MAC cosmetics changed the formula of their Studio Fix face powder, I struggled to find the right shade to match my skin tone. Dalia was very kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you, Dalia for helping me find the right shade. = )

This is a very nice Ulta store.
I had three employees ask me if I needed help finding anything. And the store was very busy. I was also greeted by the co manager Sylvia. A very friendly store.
