I bought a new ZDX at Valencia Acura and I can honestly say it was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked through the doors, everyone at the dealership was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve purchased several cars over the years, and this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable process.
My salesperson, Alfredo S. (Internet Director), was fantastic! He was patient, attentive, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect car. They knew everything about the vehicles on the lot and explained every step of the process so clearly that I never once felt rushed or pressured.
Instead of the typical high-pressure dealership vibe, I felt like I was just hanging out with friends who also happened to know a lot about cars. From start to finish, everything was easy, straightforward, and stress free.
I absolutely love my new ZDX and couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you like family and makes buying a car fun, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Had the best experience ever with Alfredo! He’s so nice and really listens to what you need and what fits for your lifestyle. He’s also bilingual with is a plus. Made the process of getting my new car super fast, easy and stress free!

Service department is full of crooks. My son took his 2024 Acura Integra for free Oil change and to fix the right side power mirror that moves up/down but not side/side under warranty.
Technician told my son that he took the door panel off to troubleshoot the mirror issue and there were signs of tempering, which is ridiculous as we've owned this car for only about 8 month and nobody removed the door panel. Was told that since there was a sign of tempering, this repair is not covered under warranty and that it would cost $960 for parts and labor to fix the power mirror. Tech said whole electric mirror control panel needs to be replaced. My son didn't argue and just came back home with the car not fixed.
Well, guess what, after 5 minute Youtube search, it turns out that the mirror was just popped out from the motor socket. I used some force to pop the mirror back in the socket and everything is working now. No new parts, no removing door panel, no replacing the whole electric control panel. What a bunch of liars. DO NOT trust the service center here, they are liars and crooks. I'm thinking the tech didn't even open up the door panel and made everything up because he just wanted to charge us for something.

First off, I was attracted by how clean and orderly their lot was presented. Their vehicles were nicely lined up, and we were greeted immediately. The sales men, Chris, was polite, respectful and patient. We were further impressed by how nicely we were treated by sales manager, John. Those of you who have purchased a car know how much of a pain the managers can be. John was the opposite of that.
This was my first purchase of an Acura. Based on my experience today, they have made a long time customer out of me. I would highly endorse this place for your next purchase/lease.
